環境：房間比較新，設施挺齊全的，小朋友比較喜歡。進海昌公園也比較方便
服務：工作人員很親切，有問題都會及時解答，行李也可以免費寄存，特別是酒店大堂的王浩接待我們服務很好。

酒店含兩張成人票，小童需要另外買票，但問題是！明明有小童票，工作人員非要讓我們孩子買成人票，説是超過140的小童必須買成人票。好吧，低於140的孩子有小童票，中大學生有學生票，我們超過140的小學生卻必須買成人票？？！！這是制度的問題還是工作人員的問題？！另，我們特地外省到河南來，就是為了到奧特曼酒店給孩子過生日，想定個蛋糕，但是酒店3:00才能入住，怕蛋糕化了，問工作人員能不能先幫忙放在冰櫃，前台的兩個女工作人員都説不行，沒有冰櫃，明明旁邊就是飲品櫃，飲品櫃最下面一層都是空的，還是拒絕我們的請求。後面是大堂兩個男性工作人員過來協商説可以先幫我們放到其他地方的冰櫃寄存。我不是無理取鬧的人，如果實在沒有冰櫃我也不強人所難，但明明有冰櫃或者可以幫客人寄存到其他地方，前台非説不可以，真的是一點都不站在遊客的角度替考慮和解決問題，沒有絲毫服務精神。
