地理位置優越，距離夜市檔攤非常之近，樓下生活日常所需都應有盡有。在雙人床方面，一房間可以容納四人，房租也非常便宜。唯獨缺點，清潔方面尚有進步空間，因為入住時發現衣櫃裡仍掛着上一手住客的紅內褲，了解到人手不足問題，而且基於只留一晚住宿還算可將就。前台服務員非常有禮貌，而且在安排房間方面發現有錯誤時會即時更正及解決問題。總括然而，性價比非常高，此公寓是非常值得推介，而且下一次都會選擇再次入住。
