酒店確實不錯哦。也對得起這個價格。房間就是高級，屋裡都是地毯，電視機也很大，還有沙發，還有茶几，還有寫字枱，還有兩瓶免費飲用水，真不錯。有窗户，外邊是小區很安靜高端大氣上檔次非常好

酒店整套服務都特別好，前台小姐姐服務熱情，樓層大姐很禮貌，衞生打掃乾淨，一樓還有免費自助洗衣機，對於出差住多天的簡直是太方便啦，很滿意哦

找拖鞋居然發現床底有Condom，這衞生讓人一身冷汗，房間地上到處很多灰塵感覺應該之前沖忙沒打掃過。哎！
網絡斷斷續續，凌晨開始就直接斷網了，一點信號都沒有，為啥這樣不懂。😵💫
外賣不能送去房門口要下去一樓大堂拿，大酒店也不至於這樣操作吧。問了服務員回覆：服務員 24 小時值班可幫忙送上去房門，前台説一定要自己下樓拿，沒人送。服了，同一個酒店為啥員工答覆不一致，怎麼培訓的。房間安排在最最盡頭，拿個外賣要把酒店整層樓走完然後下樓才拿到。
是不是人性化一點呢？看得出酒店想做高檔，但希望從細節做起吧。細節決定成敗！
衞生這樣，服務這樣，購置個樓層送外賣機器人成本不高呀。
總體驗：第一次入住，失望啊，不敢再來。

前台及清洁阿姨都热情有礼,酒店安靜卫生,自助早餐虽然品种不多但味道很不错,下次來中山还会考虑入住。
