酒店行政酒廊還不錯呢，早餐也非常的豐富。酒店前台的服務也是非常的到位和體貼。
唯一的不足就是地理位置確實有點偏了，去哪裡都比較遠。

五一期間入住，人太多，但是服務還算是到位，井井有條，房間很有品味，符合對艾美的要求，早餐需要排隊，如果不是假期人太多，一切都好

每兩個月總要來幾次中山，中山好的酒店選擇不多，但保利艾美酒店是其一。裝修比較新，價格適中，不錯。

兒童節住房，中餐廳和自助餐都很有心意，自助餐有小丑哄小孩子開心，中餐廳也送了小孩子食品。不過如果前台能在入住時提供詳細的說明會更佳，例如酒店有贈送咖啡，直到退房自己看到房間的券仔細一看才知道，以及早餐時間也是自己在房間找資料看到的。
房間寬敞舒適，不過就奇怪肥皂沒有肥皂碟，只有一塊肥皂。
另外兒童節相信入住的兒童比較多，但晚上睡覺也很安靜不嘈吵。

這家艾美酒店不是第一次入住了，之前剛開業的時候有住過幾次，事隔幾年再來，周邊開了幾個商場，熱鬧了一些，可是怎麼感覺房間的裝修開始有點過時了，走廊啊，房間都偏暗，有點暗黑風，尤其連廁所門，衣櫃都是黑色的，顯得房間的燈光不夠，而且房間的設施略顯不足，已經好少住到房間沒有數據線配備的酒店了，而且有浴缸又沒有浴鹽，這些還是不夠周到的，也沒有禮品袋在衣櫃裏！但是值得一提的是外賣櫃放置在大堂一邊，感覺叫外賣的客人也有被酒店尊重到，平時在其他酒店取外賣的時候都是在大門外，説實話體驗感真的不好，這個可以點贊，早上的早餐也不錯，之前好像沒吃他們家的早餐，這次到二樓餐廳有被驚艷到，裝修格局還不錯，之前來都是去中餐廳！早餐品類算在這個價位的酒店已經不錯了！還有現拉腸粉👍
