Hilton Zhongshan Downtown Reviews

On a business trip to Zhongshan, I stayed at the Hilton, which is in an excellent location. It's connected to the Lihe Plaza shopping center, making shopping, dining, and getting around incredibly convenient. The front desk service was professional and efficient; check-in was quick, and the staff were very polite. The room was spacious and airy, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering expansive views, perfect for overlooking the city lights in the evening. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area with stable shower water pressure. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including both Chinese and Western dishes, as well as Cantonese dim sum, all delicious. The high-altitude pool and gym were well-equipped, perfect for relaxing and exercising in my free time. Housekeeping was thorough, and requests were handled promptly. Both the facilities and service met Hilton's high standards. This will be my top choice for business trips to Zhongshan.

We specifically requested a north-facing room, which had an expansive view that our child really enjoyed. Amenities: On the sixth floor, there's a heated swimming pool and a gym. Free parking is also available. Breakfast: The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, offering a wide variety of both Chinese and Western options. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay. I had a very satisfying stay. The room arranged for me in the summer was excellent. Room service was also prompt. I needed to check out late due to an urgent matter, and the staff were very accommodating and made arrangements. I look forward to coming back again.

Facilities were very nice, the room was clean, the view was great. We even had a welcoming snacks box at arrival. We tried the swimming pool and sauna, was definitely a great experience. And the bar with the view on the city has a chill and nice vibe ! Would definitely recommend going there in the evening. It was my birthday on the day I checked in, and the hotel kindly upgraded my room for free and even gave me a birthday cake. That was such a warm gesture! The hotel's location is convenient, the room's facilities and environment are great, and the service is excellent. I will definitely be back.

My stay at Hilton Zhongshan Lihe was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is right in the city center, and the floor-to-ceiling windows in the high-rise rooms offer stunning city views. The heated pool was wonderfully cool and refreshing, and I even got to watch the sunset from the 60th floor in the evening. The room was clean and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning and soft bedding. The service was thoughtful and attentive, and the breakfast spread was plentiful. It's super convenient for getting around and shopping. Staying here in Zhongshan was incredibly comfortable. A big thanks to Xia Tian for recommending the great food spots, I'm very satisfied!

I came here for a conference and stayed for two extra days, it was pretty good.

I've stayed at this hotel several times when visiting Zhongshan, mainly because the service is excellent. Everyone I encountered greeted me warmly, and housekeeping promptly delivered any requested items to my room. Because of the great service, this is always my first choice when I come to Zhongshan. This summer was great, and they even helped me arrange a late check-out. Thank you to everyone for their warm hospitality.

One of the tallest landmarks in the area, offering expansive views and a great cityscape. The hotel has some history, but it's well-maintained. There's a wide variety of dining options available, so you don't even have to leave the premises. Good value for money.

Stayed during the May Day holiday. Pros: The executive room was spacious enough, and the hotel is located right in a commercial area, so the location is great. Cons: 1. The facilities are relatively basic. There's no coffee machine, no memory foam pillow options, and nowhere to put your phone near the toilet. 2. The executive lounge food was very poor. There's no afternoon tea (only drinks, un-cut fruit, and two types of cookies). The happy hour selection was limited, and the hot dishes were rudimentary. 3. The breakfast on the third floor was unremarkable, lacking any local specialties, and other offerings were just standard fare – only enough to fill you up. Summary: Probably won't be returning.

Overall, it's pretty good. I booked an executive room, which was spacious and right next to the mall. The facilities are complete and convenient. The Chinese restaurant upstairs serves decent food, but the coffee at the hotel breakfast was really undrinkable.

Had a wonderful stay! The location was super convenient, and the summer arrangements were absolutely perfect for us. We were really happy with our stay and look forward to choosing Hilton again when we return to Zhongshan.
