Bath is clean and warm. People in the corridor and gardens always speaking loudly and was disturbing when sleeping in room.

The rooms are ok. It is on a separate area for the one that I got. Some are inside the hot spring area. Dinner, mid night snack and breakfast are ok. Tons of people. Have many pools but because of so many people they are usually full.

I booked a non-smoking room, but arranged a smoking room to me. At outside spa area, I expected is non-smoking area, but I saw some user smoking. In addition, I go to japan or other country for spa, they are not allow user carry smart phone, but some user carry smart phone and take photo. I booked a room with private spa, that mean I can use spa anytime in private. However, I saw a notice warm reminder refill spa water will charge $150 per time. Ridiculous!

pretty mid for a hot spring and the lobby and hallways smell not that great imo

it would be better if the water was brought to the room every day

1. The service quality is OK, but I have one thing to mention. The front desk should be more serious when checking in and providing hot spring information. The face recognition and room locker card are not done well. The dinner and midnight snack ingredients are OK. 2. Hotel room wifi network and communication. We stayed in Building 9 that night, but the wifi in the whole building could not be used. I hope the business will deal with it in time. 3. The sound insulation in the room is very poor. At 7 or 8 in the morning, the room auntie was yelling and woke me up directly. I couldn't sleep well. 4. The old spring is still OK. As a famous resort in the past, it may be that most of the hot springs and facilities are a bit old after a long time. The water quality is also poor. There is a strange smell at night. It would be better if it could be renovated. Overall: all services and quality need to be improved. It is still quite pleasant. I hope the business will improve the service quality.
