東河酒店的服務員都很好，特別親切。有免費停車位，距離大潤發跟火鍋店很近。雖然設施能感覺到年代感，不過房間乾淨整潔，看得出來有用心整理。熱水熱的快，而且水量大，酒店提供的衛生紙柔軟厚度足夠，很不錯。

房間很舊，一進去花灑都是壞的。工作人員及時換了。廁所馬桶也有點堵塞下水很難。
