不吸煙房間，放置兩個煙灰缸及有指示牌寫着請不要在床上吸煙，有理由懷疑沒分開吸煙和非吸煙房，房間亦充斥酸餿臭味，整晚不能入睡。

1.酒店大堂有疑似煙味、公廁味等
2.房間內窗框有D鬆脫，好似日久失修
3.房間內地毯爛爛地，有凹陷
4.房間內洗手間的花灑架有D鬆脫，花灑難以保持平衡
