昨晚是第三次訂這家，快十二點了又下着雨，去到後前台説我訂的房型沒有了，給我開了間其他房型的但是房間比我訂的小，是在三樓的，我讓前台車登記先我上去看看再説，我上去看了又小又大異味地毯到處都是沙子和頭髮之類的，廁所地板濕答答，我找前台換前台説衹剩下4樓一個麻將套房了給我換，我上去看了下，哇，是比三樓的大點，衞生情況也是很不樂觀，廁所還有房間裏面到處濕答答，一股臭味，上被子還有幾衹蒼蠅在那爬着，我跟前台説不用登記了給我退房吧，前台説沒有權限，讓我找平台客服然後再找他們經理處理。行，大晚上十二點多了這麼大雨我也不想耽誤時間去找其他酒店，正好找平台的時候，也有另外一個客人下來吵房間和訂的不一樣，打電話給他們經理談。酒店拒絕了我的退款申請，經過平台處理衹願意推我60%，説什麼給我留房了，有沒有搞錯，什麼時候給我留房間了，我去到前台就説沒有我訂的房型了，換了兩間別的房型都差得不得了，這樣子叫留房嗎，這家酒店以後拉入黑名單，，處理事情的態度也是非常不滿意。

房間和圖片一樣，停車比較方便，自己的停車場。那邊吃的比較少，因為靠近快線和105，不過自駕去附近的飯店還是挺近的
