Spacious room, comfy mattress and bedding. The shower is hot and powerful. Thank you for the free upgrade, we have an awesome stay.

Location is very well. Convenient and near many car park. Many shopping mall, massage, restaurant and food store. But hotel’s quality is not very well.

Room was clean and spacious enough for 1-2pax. Everything is inside the room ! Location was super as it below Macdonald and shopping area

The hotel is modern. Good breakfast but the restaurant is quite small compared to its room quantity and location is in the center, very easy to enjoy city’s nightlife.

Very good experience check in with Herman at front desk, polite and professional. Unfortunately, the cleaners is keep on shouting in the corridor, very annoying and disturbing while you are having an afternoon nap.

Stayed for one night here. Was able to check in early at no charge as room was available. Fantastic location, part of a large mall and plenty F&B options available. Room is decently sized and offers good value for money. Near metro station and many bus services stop here. There is a Hilton nearby, part of the same mall but the price is double of Lavande. If you walk further can explore local produce market and eat like a local.

Hotel is a bit old, TV remote is difficult to use, there is no clear guideline how to watch normal TV channel instead of applying Apps which need to pay if watching full version.

1. Front desk executives are helpful. They are efficient and attentive. 2. Room is clean and tidy. 3. Free breakfast and late check-out without request. 4. Cleaning ladies are very polite and helpful. 5. I will recommend this hotel to my friends without hesitation.
