Good hotel with great location especially for Muslim people where you can find lany Arab restaurants nearby , people are friendly and helpful. However the breakfast needs to be more varied for international travellers.

Hotel all good! But had really bad experience with Trip.com itself. It has been almost 48hrs and my issue still not solved

I recently stayed at Dongfeng Oriental Guzhen Hotel and had a thoroughly pleasant experience. This hotel delivers great value with its comfortable accommodations and attentive service, making it a reliable choice for travelers. Outstanding Staff: The hotel’s team deserves special praise. From the efficient check-in to the daily housekeeping, everyone was consistently friendly, professional, and eager to assist. Whether I needed local recommendations or extra amenities, they responded promptly with a smile. Their warmth made the stay feel personalized and welcoming. Comfortable & Well-Maintained Rooms: My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring restful sleep, and the modern bathroom had excellent water pressure. While the décor was simple, it felt fresh and well-kept. The strong, reliable Wi-Fi was a definite plus for both work and leisure. Great Location & Value: The hotel’s location proved very convenient – close to local dining spots, shops, and key attractions in Guzhen. Transportation links were easily accessible, making exploring straightforward. Considering the quality of the room, service, and amenities offered, the hotel provides excellent value for money. It’s a practical base whether you’re traveling for business or leisure. Highly Recommended: For a hassle-free, comfortable stay with genuine hospitality, Dongfeng Oriental Guzhen Hotel is a top choice. I left feeling well-rested and satisfied and would happily return on my next visit to the area.

The room was incredibly spacious, and the bathroom and shower facilities were excellent. I particularly loved the one-touch blackout lighting at night. The mini-fridge was stocked with complimentary bottled tea, cola, and mineral water for guests to enjoy. Breakfast was exceptionally generous, and they even offered takeaway containers. I had a slice of bread and an egg left, and not wanting to waste them, I packed them to go. However, I did notice some guests taking multiple boxes back to their rooms, which left me a bit speechless. A hotel, as a business, needs to offer excellent facilities and service to attract guests. But guests also have a responsibility to support and respect good establishments. It's a symbiotic relationship, and kindness is essential from both sides!

During my recent business trip to Zhongshan, I stayed at the Elong Me Hotel. The hotel’s prime location near the Guzhen Convention and Exhibition Center was highly convenient for my meetings. The room was spacious with a pleasant garden view, providing a comfortable environment to relax after a busy day. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired, and the Wi-Fi connectivity was subpar, which hindered my work. Additionally, the staff’s limited English proficiency made communication challenging at times. Despite these drawbacks, the affordable rates and proximity to key business areas make it a viable option for short business stays.  

005 The service attitude is good. The room is clean. The overall hotel room style is simple and fresh. When I stayed there, the lady gave me a room with good lighting. I feel that this price-performance ratio is very good. It is very close to the lighting accessories city.

This stay was absolutely perfect! The hotel's location is fantastic; it's less than a 10-minute walk to the MRT station, and there are plenty of shopping areas and great food nearby, making getting around incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were efficient and welcoming during check-in, paying attention to every detail. The room was more spacious than it appeared in the pictures, with a simple and clean decor. The bedding was so soft, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, and there was plenty of hot water, even the toiletries felt high-quality. The breakfast spread was incredibly varied, offering a mix of Western and Chinese options, plus local specialties, all made with fresh ingredients and tasting delicious. It's perfect for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended!

Completely won over by the breakfast! The soft-boiled eggs were perfect, the fruit was so fresh it tasted like it was just picked, and even the coffee was more fragrant than what you get outside. The room was clean and comfortable. A very satisfying trip overall!

The room offers a lovely view, and the facilities are decent. However, if you're particular about your sleep quality, you should definitely steer clear of this specific room. This is because the large floor-to-ceiling window directly faces the bed. While it's fine at night, it gets incredibly hot on summer mornings, and the blazing sun will wake you up as early as 6 AM. No matter how tightly you close the blackout curtains, there's always a gap that lets light stream directly onto the bed. The air conditioning unit is incredibly noisy; even on the lowest fan setting, it sounds like a tractor. If you turn the fan down, the room gets warm. For anyone who is a light sleeper, this room is absolutely one to avoid. The bathroom is stiflingly hot. Although they claim there's a concealed exhaust fan, I couldn't detect any air conditioning or ventilation whatsoever. If you close the door, it becomes so stuffy you'd feel faint, so we had to keep it open all the time. The service was generally good, and they were receptive to feedback. However, for an executive room, they really should inspect the room for problems before assigning it to guests. Upon check-out, they offered small complimentary gifts (an eye mask and a tiny figurine, which frankly, I could have done without). Ultimately, I hope the room's price truly reflects the quality and experience it's supposed to offer.

Very good hotel for short stay, best value for money. They never raise weekend stay prices like most hotels. Location is excellent among both old and new lighting market.
