The location is quite inconvenient; there's nowhere to eat or shop within 2 kilometers. The 'pedestrian street' is just a gimmick, full of messy little trinkets. The service is terrible. When guests make a request, the hotel staff first say 'no' and then shirk responsibility. This completely ruined my impression of Atour always being accommodating. This hotel can't compare to other Atour hotels I've stayed at; it's a franchised store, not a genuine Atour. At nearly 600 yuan per night, the high cost for such poor service makes it very bad value for money. I feel ripped off. The kettle provided didn't even have a food-grade 304 mark and looked like it was borrowed from somewhere else. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

The room was fully equipped with everything you could need, including a fridge and washing machine. The service was absolutely excellent! The environment was lovely, and the location was fantastic. I only came to Zhongshan for a quick visit, but I never expected such a wonderful surprise. This place has a really strong artistic vibe, highly recommend!
