Dock shuttle service: The butler service was very attentive, and all the facilities were great. It's very close to Puji Temple and Zizhu Forest, both within walking distance. The hotel's coffee was good, and the toiletries were excellent – my hair felt so smooth after washing. It was also very convenient for the kids to go across the street and play in the sand. Overall, a wonderful pilgrimage trip.

The hotel has a beautiful environment and high-quality service. It's especially great because it's only about a 10-minute walk to Puji Temple and the South China Sea Guanyin.

Right by the sea, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. I'll definitely come back next time I visit Putuoshan.

The hotel's location is excellent; I could see the Nanhai Guanyin statue from my room. It's right on the beach, and walking to Nanhai Guanyin, Zhulin Temple, and Puji Temple is very convenient. The hotel service is great, with pier transfers and thoughtful, personalized service – definitely a highlight. Breakfast is mostly Chinese style, and the unique 'order-as-you-go' system every other day is a nice touch. The seafood set dinner was high quality, delicious, and good value for money. I also want to give a shout-out to the photographer at Chanpai; their photography skills were great, photo selection was quick, and I was very happy with the pictures. My only minor regrets are that the clear sound of the waves at night affected my sleep, and the room didn't have a wardrobe for hanging clothes.

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel environment is beautiful and spotless, and the service is truly exceptional. A day or two before check-in, staff called to set up a chat group for easy communication regarding future services. The hotel offers a dedicated shuttle service to and from the pier. The driver was waiting for us in advance at the pier, sent us their location, and even provided detailed photos for directions. They helped with our luggage the entire way – so thoughtful! Breakfast is à la carte, and the hotel also offers lunch and dinner reservations. The ingredients are fresh, and the taste is really excellent!

Excellent hotel! The staff were very helpful, assisting with luggage and transportation. My room faced the sea, offering a beautiful view of Guanyin. The breakfast buffet was extensive with a wide variety of choices; you even get to pick your own options the day before. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Mount Putuo.

Design needs more attention to detail! They could at least put an outlet near the TV for charging!

Our room on the third floor was great for families, but the low ceiling wasn't ideal for tall men. My child absolutely loved it! The hotel also offers a complimentary travel photoshoot, which was a nice touch. The breakfast selection was abundant, and you could pre-order your preferred items the day before. The location is excellent, right next to Golden Beach. If you're traveling with young kids, don't hesitate to book this place!
