Facilities: Fully equipped. Hygiene: Clean. Service: Excellent service, clean rooms. The front desk staff was great; they held onto my luggage securely. Parking was also very convenient, and there were plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby – truly convenient!

This was my first time staying at an Atour hotel in Zhoushan. I booked a king room, and it was clean and cozy. The room had automated curtains and lighting, plus there was a complimentary late-night snack bar. The TV was large and modern, the pillows were fluffy, and the breakfast was delicious and very hygienic. It's also conveniently located. The front desk staff were warm, thoughtful, and attentive. I'll definitely be back!

服務：前台服務較差，五點半到店都不能入住，還要讓等半小時，頁面正常顯示2點後就可以入住，而且三點四十就下單了，這麼長時間都沒有處理調劑好，可見管理混亂 環境：房間裏面還有小蟲飛，不知道有沒有定期進行消殺

房間乾淨舒適，離定海古城很近走路就能到達，入住過程中雖然有一點小插曲，前台也能很快解決，服務算是很好的，如果以後出門還是會選擇亞朵

房間採光很好，打掃得非常乾淨，沒有異味。床軟硬適中，洗漱用品品質不錯。酒店環境安靜，工作人員態度友好，辦理入住退房速度快，地理位置優越，無論是出差還是旅行都很合適，非常滿意。

酒店的職員温文有禮而且很熱情，有事諮詢都會及時幫忙解決，這是我第三次在中國入住亞朵旗下的酒店。
