在平台上預訂了三間大床房和一間雙床房，第一個問題前台服務員開錯房間，其中一間房推門進去已有人入住。第二個問題先入住了三間客房，晚到的朋友入住時，前台服務員又收取房費。第一次交涉時告知對方預訂四間房，服務員不主動講多收費的事情。當朋友質疑房費是否付款，再次交涉時有位男服務員態度囂張，大喊大叫威脅客人。絕對不會再入住曼居酒店。
