住712旁邊是團隊。首先我負責的説。嘴上態度很好。
房間隔音無敵差，睡覺兩次被吵醒。一次服務員，一次經理都上來了。隔壁和樓上。吵鬧好多了。我説需要換房，我自己加錢升級可以的。他説沒房間，各種道歉，我想也別難為人家了。這時候半夜11點了，確實也不怪經理！可是我下午就到了。你幹嘛把團隊和我們排在一起！夜裡5點隔壁又吵鬧。我都服了，我又醒了。隔音還是隔音無敵了。
早餐是我吃過希爾頓最差的一家，我花了560住宿不知道幹嘛。
我也説他們幫忙解決就行。不為難希爾頓管理，前台説給我退費，我説不用你們不容易，換一間就行。結果經理第二次吵的時候上來了，他説打折。我一聽也行，我也就沒再追究，畢竟人家態度挺好。我又不在乎他給我打了多少折還是退費。
可是。可是神奇的來了，第二天。前台告訴我他們經理讓他打8折給我。560打完八折450。我笑了，是不是攜程抽走了那100然後我現場付450的？這是道歉？你還不如不給我打折。你送我點水，水果。也是心意，畢竟你們安排吵了我一夜在先。
我沒想一個那麼大的酒店管理公司用文字遊戲來和我拉扯。（他上來自己説打折我沒要求，我因為信任和前台説申請退全部房費我就一直幫前台説話，説不要緊，不怪你，我理解你們也不容易替他們想）
你把攜程提成拿出來，我把450房費再付給你，這是打折道歉？你們真聰明。我看中的不是你給我打不打折，而是你這套路真得人心啊！
