房間衞生很乾凈，交通很方便，碼頭有直達民宿的公交車，老闆會來小區車站接，距離普濟寺很近，下次來還住這家

1.樓道很臟，地上有不少煙蒂，上樓過程中，心就涼了一半。房間裏面衞生情況還可以。
2.衞生間不知是沒有排風扇還是排風扇壞了，按遍了所有開關就是沒有啟動換氣，所以上完廁所之後的異味都沒法排出去。
3.隔音很差。其他房間有人講話，衞生間放水都能聽得很清楚，五點多被生生吵醒就再也睡不着啦。
4.不知道房間在打掃的時候是否會做消毒處理？我睡了一晚，五點多被吵醒後就渾身痠痛、發燒、喉嚨發炎，後來去醫院檢查是病毒感染導致的。不確定是否和房間衞生有關，如果每次退房都是有做消毒處理的，那是沒問題的。
另外，還有一個小問題，老闆説可以幫忙把行李送到碼頭寄存，這樣出去玩時就不用拿着行李，當時覺得這個服務很不錯。下午去取行李時才知道要付費10元。這個收費本身我覺得是沒問題的，但老闆沒提前説要收費，會讓人以為這是民宿提供的增值服務。
總之，這一次的住宿體驗，讓我下定決心以後不住民宿，還是規範的酒店更有保障。
