I booked two days in total, and tried to cancel the last day's reservation a day in advance, but they refused, offering no refund and deducting half the room rate without negotiation. This is not how you make money; their practices are extremely unethical. The room and reception are not in the same building, making it extremely inconvenient to find the room late at night. If you dislike this kind of hassle, please be aware! Now, let's talk about the hotel's cleanliness! Upon entering the room, there was an unidentified object on the bedside table (with the time attached; if the hotel believes I did this, they can check the security footage to see if there was a two-minute interval between my entry into the room and the photo). Because I was too tired that day, I didn't shower until after waking up the next day, and there was another surprise: a bar of soap with two hairs on it under the showerhead. I don't know what kind of hairs they are, see the picture for details. It was clearly been there for some time because the soap box was dry, not damp. If the hotel thinks I'm deliberately leaving a bad review, please check if the soap itself has been opened! All the following photos are real and not fabricated! I didn't take many photos of the room. The layout is worse than the last time I stayed here. The angle is also biased. There is no service. When I passed by, the front desk was not at the bar, but when I checked in, I saw that the front desk had very dark circles under their eyes. I don't know if there is only one person on duty so they can't rest well. The sound insulation in the room is very poor. The sounds from the corridor and other rooms can be heard very clearly, which greatly affects the rest. It feels like there are people living on all sides. The tabletops in the room are clean and hygienic, but there is dust left by the decoration on the walls of the bathroom and long and short hairs of the previous guests stuck on the walls. When I checked in, I found that there was a small brown dot on the corner of the quilt. I don't know if it is a mark to confirm that my own sheets are sent for washing and can be taken back, or if the stains are not cleaned. The water barrier in the shower room has fallen off, but fortunately the drainage is normal and the hot water for bathing is normal. If you want to continue operating, I think the boss needs to arrange the working hours for the front desk reasonably. The dark circles of the employees are heavier than those of people with dark circles I have seen. Cows and horses have time to rest, but people don't have time to rest? Are you using people as tools?

In the early morning of August 10th, I checked into the luxurious seaside hotel with great excitement. However, I only stayed one night out of the two nights I had booked and insisted on canceling (thanks to the platform for their help). Why did this happen? Ultimately, if you want the following hotel experience, please pack your bags and check in! :) - 【Survival in the Indoor Environment】 1/ The smell of disinfectant was overwhelming, and it wouldn't dissipate even after opening the windows. If you were to recklessly put your nose in 84 disinfectant solution and inhale, you could experience the smell of this room remotely. The strong odor first blocked my nostrils, then suffocated my chest. Our first thought was to open the windows for ventilation, not to consider it a problem with the hotel environment. But even after ventilating the entire room for 2 hours, the smell still wouldn't dissipate. What kind of smell or filth in the original room required such a strong disinfectant solution to clean? 2/ The entire room was damp, with moisture permeating the mattresses and furniture. As shown in Figure 1, there was a visible layer of water on the bedside table and desk (it's unclear whether it was disinfectant or moisture). The mattresses were just as damp as the furniture. While some dampness is understandable in a seaside hotel, this level of dampness without any attempt to clean it up is incomprehensible. By the way, the following night we stayed at another seaside hotel, and the dampness was nowhere near that level. 3/ Dirt and grime were everywhere, with no cleaning in sight. As shown in Figures 2-6, the ceiling lights, bedding, and bathroom were inexplicably covered in dirty water stains and hair. It's highly likely that they didn't clean it properly, just roughly sprayed disinfectant and called it a day. Even my allergic skin started turning red after just half an hour. (Figure 7) - [Exceptional Service & Handling Attitude] Because we checked in late at night and planned to make do in the car, our only request was a refund for the second night. Submitting our request on the app with the reason was immediately rejected by the merchant, and things got really messy afterwards. 1/ My travel companion called the front desk, explaining that the environment wasn't clean and that they had allergic reactions, hoping to get a refund for the second night. The front desk responded rudely that we would have to pay a 50% penalty to check out. Firstly, the hotel's policy of non-cancellation is illegal. Secondly, the room did not match the description, which is also a breach of contract. Finally, the consumer is required to pay a penalty, which seems like a case of a large company bullying its customers. 2/ After unsuccessful communication, we contacted the platform. The platform negotiated with the hotel all night without success, and also called us to explain that the hotel front desk's attitude was extremely rude and impossible to communicate with. In the end, we gave up our second night's stay, and the platform reimbursed us for the first night's room fee. The hotel, however, remained completely unresponsive throughout. P.S.: After a whole night of trouble, the hotel didn't even offer to clean the room or change the bedding. They were busy working at full speed the whole time, their service awareness was terrible! ^_^ - [Extremely Low Cost-Effective Choice] This is the experience of a hotel costing 788 RMB per night? This is truly a story in the travel world! Hotels in Zhoushan have indeed been expensive lately. However, for the same price range of 800, there are definitely better options (we spent about the same amount of money on the second night and ended up in a vastly different, much better hotel). Tourists don't want to waste their time trying to get their rights protected or searching online; be discerning and choose carefully, and don't fall for the "peak tourist season" manipulation tactics! The hotel check-in instructions were difficult to find and there were some errors. A small sign in Building 1 said to go to Building 2, but it turned out to be in Building 5, which was far away from each other, one west and the other east. It took me a long time to find the check-in room. The room is average, the only saving grace is the view from the balcony. There were two rooms, one without a refrigerator, one without a clothes drying rack, and one room was even missing a battery for the TV remote control. If you are not used to giving bad reviews, just give a medium review.

The hotel is clean, the environment is good and quiet; the view is good, and you can see the sea from the second floor and above. It is suitable for family or relaxation.

The hotel environment is good and the sanitation is very clean. I would like to mention that the service of the front desk staff is really good. They are enthusiastic to introduce the surrounding attractions and travel guides. The location of the hotel is also good. The whole hotel is next to the sea. You can go to the beach in a few minutes. It is only a dozen minutes' drive from Putuo Mountain. It will be the first choice next time you come.
