First off, there was practically no service. The true essence of service is making things convenient for guests, not just shrugging off issues because they aren't directly your responsibility. The bus schedule by the entrance was unclear; why should guests have to walk all the way to the parking lot to ask? Wouldn't it be much easier for the hotel to just organize that information for guests? Second, they showed zero flexibility and gave really perfunctory responses, basically saying, 'You're right about everything'—which felt incredibly insincere. 😂 Third, there was no warmth whatsoever. 😂 I don't even know what to say.

Great location, lovely environment, and excellent service. I particularly want to highlight how comfortable the bedding was. The thoughtful service really shone through with the foot bath tub and milk foot soak packets provided. Honestly, my only complaint is that it's a bit pricey, otherwise, it's absolutely perfect!

Whenever I visit Mount Putuo, this hotel is always my first choice. In fact, I've stayed here several times now. Its location is absolutely superb, right next to Fayu Temple, with Qianbu Beach directly in front, and a path leading straight up to Foding Mountain. The hotel itself is exquisite, elegant, and cozy, surrounded by lush greenery, offering a tranquil environment with a strong Zen ambiance. It was the rainy season during my stay, and sitting quietly, sipping tea, and listening to the rain brought a wonderful sense of peace and joy. The reception and restaurant staff provided excellent service, a special shout-out to them. This time, I also got to experience the complimentary travel photoshoot, and the photographer did a fantastic job – another big thumbs up!

The hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to and from the pier. The hotel itself has a unique ambiance, especially with the ancient camphor tree in the courtyard, which gives it a spiritual feel. They also offer a unique calligraphy copying activity in the courtyard. However, the facilities are not very new, and the rooms can be a bit dim.

Traveling with my mom and kids, we chose the Radisson. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Fayu Temple. Although the hotel has been around for a while, it's very clean and the service is great. Definitely worth coming back to!

Staying at the Radisson was the best decision for our Putuo trip. The environment was serene and elegant, with beautiful scenery, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling area. The comfort level was top-notch. The location was convenient, making it very easy to get around and explore. The room was clean and tidy, thoughtfully decorated, and the bedding was soft.

The hotel's decor exudes a classic elegance. The white furnishings are incredibly refined, and the calligraphy and artwork are tastefully chosen. The inscription at the entrance, "常游究竟空" (meaning roughly "Always wandering in ultimate emptiness"), adds a touch of Zen. The hotel's location in the heart of the scenic area is a huge advantage. Because of this, everything about the room was perfect, except for it being a bit small.

The hotel's location is excellent, with a shuttle bus service available for pick-up and drop-off at the pier. There's a local bus stop right downstairs, making it convenient to visit the various monasteries. Fayu Temple is within walking distance, and it takes about 40 minutes to walk to Shancai Cave or Puji Temple.

The location is excellent, right across from Fayu Temple and the bus stop. If you're heading to Shancai Cave, I highly recommend this hotel. The room facilities are a bit dated, mostly wooden, but the hotel offers shuttle service. I slept pretty well, and the surrounding environment is nice. My room was on a quieter side with fewer guests, so there was less noise. I wouldn't recommend coming on the weekend due to the crowds; Friday is a better option. Definitely try the foot bath!
