The hotel's location is wonderfully quiet, and the surrounding area offers convenient dining and shopping options. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety, and the room was clean and well-equipped. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Overall, it's pretty good. The location is excellent, and check-in was smooth. The room is quite spacious, and the shuttle bus is always on time and reliable. No major complaints. The only downside is that the dehumidifier is too loud, so we had to turn it off to sleep. Hopefully, they can upgrade it.

The room is great, and the price is affordable. It's probably the best value for money hotel on Mount Putuo, much better than guesthouses. There's a food street right opposite the hotel, which is super convenient, and it's also close to Puji Temple. Highly recommended! They even have a shuttle service to the ferry terminal every half hour, which is really handy.

Honestly, this place feels like a makeshift guesthouse run by amateurs. It's impossible to even call it an 'experience.' The service is completely inflexible and clueless. They never greet guests; it's like we're invisible. Any questions are met with a one-off answer, with no attempt to understand or interact from a guest's perspective – essentially useless. The facilities are old and dingy, and the amenities are subpar. How can they justify charging 2,000 a night? Their clientele is also strange, with lots of noisy tour groups full of older women. The overall service and positioning are worse than what you'd expect from a guesthouse. Their audacity is remarkable – 'fools rush in where angels fear to tread.' This 'amateur' setup can only be attributed to the management's 'achievements.' There's zero value for money or emotional value here. Is this even a hotel?

The Putuo Mountain Hotel is a well-established hotel within the Putuo Mountain scenic area. My elders stayed here before, and it's recently been renovated. Overall, it's quite high-end, and there's even a small garden outside which looks magnificent when lit up at night. They offer shuttle bus service, and the lobby manager was warm and attentive. Luggage storage is available, and the breakfast spread was plentiful, though I didn't find any mini wontons. Overall, it's pretty good, but they could install a few more cameras to ensure safety. I'd definitely consider staying here again in the future!

There aren't many hotel options on the island, and after comparing a few, this one stands out for its location, cleanliness, and overall environment. Putuoshan is a wonderful place, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time. My only minor complaint is that the breakfast could be more varied.

It's incredibly convenient for those visiting Puji Temple and the South Sea Guanyin, as both are within walking distance. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to and from the pier, and transportation to Mount Luojia, Mount Foding, and Fayu Temple is also easily accessible. The staff are warm, attentive, and highly service-oriented. The bedding is spotless and clean, ensuring a comfortable and reassuring stay.
