The hotel staff was good, but ı got a problem for payment with Visa credit card. As a global brand hotel 'Shangri-La" expected to accept internationla credit card payments but unfortunately not succesfull. Also Trip.com do not have agreement with hotel for "online payment" which I can easly submit payment, but again unsuccesfull. Hope you can improve your service and agreement to give better support foreigner guest in China mainland.

Hotel staff is kindly hospitality Room service is not available Coffee is not available at the room, should going to first floor to get free coffee. Breakfast is less than two star hotel, very poor, I was doubt about the hotel is really Shangri-la or fake!!

A good hotel in a calm serene location. However, this one won't add to your Shangri-La points.

The service was so thoughtful. We arrived at 8:30 pm and the restaurant was closed. The lobby manager contacted the kitchen urgently and made a big bowl of seafood noodles. I was full just by eating seafood. I will stay in Shangri-La next time, facing the sea and with flowers blooming in spring.

This is not Huazhu, Hampton, or Home Inn, this is Shangri-La!!! I gave it three stars, all for the staff. The staff service is really attentive!
