The hotel staff was good, but ı got a problem for payment with Visa credit card. As a global brand hotel 'Shangri-La" expected to accept internationla credit card payments but unfortunately not succesfull. Also Trip.com do not have agreement with hotel for "online payment" which I can easly submit payment, but again unsuccesfull. Hope you can improve your service and agreement to give better support foreigner guest in China mainland.

Hotel staff is kindly hospitality Room service is not available Coffee is not available at the room, should going to first floor to get free coffee. Breakfast is less than two star hotel, very poor, I was doubt about the hotel is really Shangri-la or fake!!

A good hotel in a calm serene location. However, this one won't add to your Shangri-La points.

Reasonable

After reading the reviews, I did consider it before booking, mainly for the quality of Shangri-La. I checked in on the same day. The supervisor and the front desk lady recommended a delicious and reliable old restaurant nearby, but we had to line up more than 20 tables in front of us when we booked the meal on the holiday... I gave up decisively. The room was average, the bedding was clean, and the bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, but it was too small, too small, and there was no bathtub. I especially praised the breakfast! It was really delicious, very delicious, very delicious, very suitable for the appetite of the locals in Jiangsu and Zhejiang. I ate three shrimp cakes or soaked shrimps. The wonton skin was a bit thick, and the fried sago noodles were also delicious👍🏻 The surroundings were very quiet, and it was good to stroll around. I really have to eat the shrimp cakes

The service was so thoughtful. We arrived at 8:30 pm and the restaurant was closed. The lobby manager contacted the kitchen urgently and made a big bowl of seafood noodles. I was full just by eating seafood. I will stay in Shangri-La next time, facing the sea and with flowers blooming in spring.

In early April, when the weather was not so hot, we set off to Zhoushan to see the sea and worship Buddha! We chose Shangri-La as the hotel in the city. The hotel is quite small, but the parking lot is quite large, so parking is very convenient. Special thanks to Manager Xiaolin and Supervisor Lu for their thoughtful service

It was already late when we arrived at the hotel. Fortunately, the front desk staff had contacted me in advance to inform me of the location of the front desk, so we checked in very conveniently. Handsome Xiao Wang helped us with our luggage, and later he also brought us some items when we needed them. Miss Xiao Lin gave us a travel guide to avoid some pitfalls. I am very grateful for their thoughtful service.

On the first day of going to Putuo Mountain, I stayed in Shangri-La for a rest and adjustment. The facilities were very new. The bedroom faced the sea, the view was wide and bright, the sanitation was clean and tidy, the hot water for bathing was large and warm, the air conditioning was also debugged normally, the service was satisfactory, free parking: free WiFi was fast. The beautiful receptionist at the check-in front desk gave me a gift, which was very warm and considerate!

The surrounding environment is quiet. When Xiao Lu from the front desk learned that we were going to Putuo Mountain, he told us to buy tickets in advance on our mobile phone. The dining places he recommended were also good. We will come again next time!

The room facilities are relatively complete, the hotel service attitude is very good, perfectly reflecting the service standards of a five-star hotel, especially the breakfast is prepared in advance, parking is convenient, and the system is more user-friendly. The front desk staff is professional and friendly, which deserves praise. If there is anything to be improved, it is that the decoration still has a smell, and a purifier needs to be placed in the room.

Manager Lin at the hotel front desk was very professional and considerate of the guests. Although we stayed for only one night, he was busy and provided a lot of convenience for our trip. He also prepared gifts for the children when we left. Thank you 🙏

I was a little nervous after reading some reviews before going, but after all, it is the Shangri-La brand and it still gave me a surprise. I checked in late and the handsome guy at the front desk upgraded me to a suite for free. I was happy! Another front desk lady was also very enthusiastic. The room faces the sea. Although there is a road in front, it is not noisy at all. The details of hard and soft furnishings are smart and considerate: the hair dryer is Xiaomi with strong wind, the wires are directly connected, and it can be used after taking it out of the drawer. The switch of the spray is right in front of the shower room. The position is quite reasonable, so you won’t be sprayed with cold water and you can step out after turning it off. The bath products are from L'Occitane. The drinking water is a smart water dispenser, and there is no entanglement in the hygiene of the electric kettle. There is a set meal on the 1st floor, which is quite cost-effective and the dishes taste very good. The miscellaneous fish is a whole good pomfret, small yellow croaker, and the faucet is fried. The juice of the braised pork with abalone sauce feels very good with rice. The mango sago is also beyond expectations, and there are foreigners singing softly; breakfast is also here. Since there are not many people, it is self-service ordering, which is unexpectedly exquisite and not stacked. The Chinese restaurant is only a five-minute walk from the beach, which is very suitable for family outings. It is very cute to see children training roller skates at night. There is a Baolong nearby, and I ordered takeout at night. Heytea, Bawangcha, Ji Guming, beer and barbecue are all very close. After seeing some reviews, the hotel has improved. Although it is not fully open yet, I believe it will get better and better!

This is not Huazhu, Hampton, or Home Inn, this is Shangri-La!!! I gave it three stars, all for the staff. The staff service is really attentive! Many hotel facilities are not open, only one restaurant is open, breakfast is in the Chinese restaurant, the buffet food is pitiful, everything needs to be ordered. The room is small, super small! There is no bathtub, and the mini bar has no refrigerator. Shangri-La is a 5-star brand, but it feels like a fake Shangri-La! The room is really not up to the 5-star standard!
