The hotel's location is truly unique and irreplaceable. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet, making an evening stroll incredibly pleasant. Plus, it's conveniently located right across from a food street and quite close to both the pier and Puji Temple.

Every year when I visit Putuo, I choose Putuo Mountain Hotel. They offer convenient pick-up service from the pier, and the location is excellent. The service is also quite good. They have a free shuttle service to and from the pier every half hour and on the hour. The family room is also very convenient for a family of three.

The family room (3211) was well-equipped, and the hotel's shuttle service was a thoughtful touch. The cleaning staff was efficient and thorough; I definitely want to give her a good review. We checked into the loft on June 10th, and as soon as we entered, we noticed how clean the floor was, with no hair anywhere. The tabletops and stair treads were also spotless. The room was a bit small, but that wasn't an issue – cleanliness and tidiness are our top priorities. (Hair dryer: It only operates when you hold the handle, safety first!) (Toilet: Disposable seat covers are provided.) The dehumidifier was very effective, collecting a full bucket of water every day. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and there were no mosquitoes. A very satisfying stay; we'll definitely come back.

This is the best hotel I've stayed at on Mount Putuo in years! The Chinese-style courtyard is serene and quiet, the vegetarian meals are delicious, and Mengxing's service is thoughtful. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Putuo. The bedding was especially comfortable, and the cleanliness was exceptional! The hotel is also right by a lively and convenient commercial street.

A returning guest for multiple stays, always a pleasant experience! Mengxing offers thoughtful service, convenient shuttle transfers, and reliable food and accommodation. Every time I come to Putuo, I always choose this place. The standards of a star-rated hotel are indeed quite consistent.

I've been staying here for 8 years now and have always found it convenient with a great environment and excellent service. The only downside is the poor soundproofing; I often get woken up early in the morning. 🥲

1. The location is great, and the pier shuttle service is a nice touch. There are plenty of dining and shopping options right outside the door. 2. Lunch and dinner were good, tasty, and reasonably priced. However, breakfast felt a bit overpriced for what you get. 3. The soundproofing isn't great. If you open a window, it gets noisy outside, and the hallway noise is also disruptive, making it hard to sleep. 4. The room itself is quite compact, so our family room only had one chair. We ended up sitting on the stairs or the bed to relax.

The service was excellent! The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They promptly resolved any issues I had.
