Overall: Extremely satisfied, will definitely come back next time! Firstly: The location is superb. You can walk to both Puji Temple and Fayu Temple, and there's a pick-up and drop-off service from the ferry terminal, which is very convenient. The hotel itself is part of a scenic area, and the Republic of China style rooms are very photogenic. It's just a wall away from Duobao Temple, absolutely stunning! Secondly: The service is super nice. The front desk lady was incredibly helpful, resolving issues within 5 minutes. Their soft skills are top-notch.

Meditation Experience: This activity was fantastic! It really helped calm my mind before visiting Mount Putuo's temples. Ambiance: Beautiful! This hotel is incredibly photogenic. It's no wonder they offer photography services. Facilities: The hotel lobby is right next to the only Starbucks on the island! Service: The staff were all so friendly! I accidentally left a sample-sized face wash, and the hotel actually found it and called me to ask if I wanted it mailed to my home. Location: It's super convenient for attending morning prayers at Puji Temple! It's a maximum 3-minute walk. Restaurant: The ambiance is nice, it's not crowded, the food tastes good, and the prices are fair! Aside from the known issue of no elevator, which means carrying luggage up and down stairs, I also encountered a problem with the shower leaking into the bathroom. However, I would still choose to stay at this hotel again.

The facilities are brand new and very clean. The environment is beautiful and the service is excellent. They thoughtfully offer experiences like prayer tablet writing and incense/tea ceremonies. It's very close to Puji Temple, only a 5-minute walk, which is perfect for morning prayers. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

This is my 6th year visiting Putuo, and every year I try a different place to stay. The hotel's location is great, it's clean and tidy, and the breakfast selection is decent. The interior is also very photogenic, perfect for Instagram. The only awkward situation happened with the shuttle service from the pier. There were three of us, and we met a group of 12 people. The shuttle only seats 14. After we got on and sat down, the driver asked if we could split up, with two of us going first and the third waiting for the next shuttle, so the group of 12 could go all at once. Why? What? I firmly refused. Why couldn't the group of 12 split up into two batches? We were already seated, and they hadn't even arrived yet! The driver asked me three times, and I started to get a bit annoyed! As guests, why are we being treated differently?

Had a fantastic experience! The hotel has a charming Republic of China (ROC) era aesthetic, and the environment is really elegant. Breakfast was plentiful. It's conveniently located right across from Baibu Beach, making it easy to get around. Facing the sea, with the spring flowers blooming – I'll definitely stay here again next time!
