我們最近幾年來普陀山都住的銀雲，去年來住了三四次，今年已經是第二次入住銀雲了，一直非常滿意。銀雲鄰近普濟寺，對面就是普陀山大酒店，地理位置優越，附近就是梅岑路吃喝購物一條街，原制原味，棗子樹，德克士啥的都有，附近的阿莫超市物美價廉，實在是方便極了。前台的小姐姐人美心善，給我們安排了很安靜的房間，晚上睡覺特別安穩，一覺到大天亮。早晨就在銀雲吃的自助餐，比外面的乾淨品種也多，性價比高且質量好。酒店還有碼頭接送服務，實在是極為方便。總之，住銀雲是最佳選擇，下次來我們還是要住這裏。

這次入住酒店真是讓人失望到極點。我提前幾周就預訂該酒店的二個房間，還特地備註要求安排高層安靜無煙房。辦理入住時前台竟然説，衹有這間底樓房間，沒有房了。我不明白這麼早預訂房間是幹啥的呢。房間衞生、設施陳舊極差，房間旁邊就是廚房餐廳，晚上一股油煙味嘈雜聲弄得一晚都沒有睡好。不可思議的是床單竟然是破的有二個洞，房間內還有蟑螂，淋浴房噴灑是壞的水到處亂噴灑，託架也是壞的，真是無語到極點。
