廁所下水很慢
民宿隔音差能理解 但一樓還一直打電話超級大聲
上樓需要換一次性拖鞋 根本穿不穩
沒有服務可言 連正常溝通都沒有 像小心翼翼借住在別人家
朱家尖這一片民宿非常多，我年年來普陀山都住朱家尖，這邊民宿老闆大部分是東北人，基本上都還挺好的挺熱情，第一次遇到這家這麼奇葩的民宿。

房東已經不親自經營民宿了，民宿所在別墅小區90%以上都是經營民宿的，並且每個別墅之間相隔距離很緊湊，沒有專有停車位，自己找哪有位置停哪，相鄰民宿壁掛空調外機是巨大的噪音發聲源，推拉窗户起不到任何隔絕效果，嗡嗡嗡的巨大聲響將持續整晚。房間內電視衹有2個頻道，浴室下水好像有氣頂着似的下不去水，每次都要自己用牙刷捅幾下才通（沒有動手能力的人就衹好水漫金山洗完，穿好衣服再求助了）

強烈推薦這家民宿，雖然訂的閣樓，但是床墊超級舒服，而且很乾凈，第二天一早小姐姐還會送去碼頭，來的那天還幫忙聯繫的寧波機場到民宿的拼車，很愉快的一次旅行

很乾凈很衞生，老闆夫婦二人也很熱情，民宿離朱家尖碼頭五分鐘車程，一連住了二晚，沒有出去酒店吃，衹因喜歡老闆娘的手藝-舟山風味海鮮。有緣來，有願再來！
