The hotel I stayed at this time had a great view, right by Dongsha Beach. The beach was closed after the typhoon, but the hot spring tub in our room faced the beach, which was still nice. My kids really enjoyed the reading corner in the common area. Breakfast was also very generous. The public area outside the breakfast restaurant had a fantastic view.

The room faced the sea, but the bathroom was a bit small and the soundproofing wasn't great. However, it was nice to have a drying rack. The Sky Terrace was a bit of a distance from the main building, requiring a shuttle bus, which was quite fast.

Pretty good, and close to everything. I didn't have enough time to try out the special activities, but that's okay. The environment is nice, and it's very close to the attractions. You can stay here if you're going to Dongji Island.

We stayed in a triple room, but the window was tiny and the air conditioning wasn't working, so it was too hot to sleep at night. That was truly the only downside. The hotel's surroundings are beautiful, and there's a beach for swimming. The inner courtyard of the hotel is also very scenic, perfect for taking lots of photos. Breakfast was plentiful, and the service was good.

The hotel is pretty good. This is my second night here. I didn't get the room type I booked for the first night, so I changed rooms, and it was still good. Housekeeping even helped me get an extra blanket. This was my second time experiencing the hot springs, and I met the wonderful Auntie Yangmei, who was incredibly thoughtful. My only complaint is that early in the morning, I don't know what was going on, but it was very noisy outside the hotel entrance. People were talking loudly, and there was truck noise, which disrupted my sleep.

Overall, I'm very satisfied. The room was really comfortable, and being able to soak in a private hot spring while enjoying the sea view was incredibly relaxing. Dongsha Beach is quite close, and the hotel's shuttle service was quick and convenient.

First, about the check-in process: I arrived at 3 PM and was told my room wasn't ready and I'd have to wait, with no specific time given. I mean, guests check out by 12 PM and new guests check in after 3 PM. Where's the hotel's time management in all of this? Why make guests wait at the front desk? Only after I repeatedly emphasized that I'd driven a long way and really needed to rest in a room, did they finally switch us to a different room type. Then, the room itself: They said it was an upgraded room, but it was small, and the bathroom was even tinier. The room felt stuffy. I wanted to turn on the AC at night for some fresh air, but was told they couldn't turn on the cold air, only the central heating system was active. In the end, they reluctantly brought a fan for us to make do for the night. Hotel environment: The hotel entrance looks luxurious, but the rooms themselves are quite ordinary. External environment: There's a beach next to the hotel, and guests can enter. However, the sand toys for kids are ridiculously expensive – 68 RMB for a bucket, shovel, and a few small molds. You could get the same outside for at most 30 RMB. Overall: Not worth the price. Next time I come to Zhoushan, I won't choose this hotel.

Our stay this time was very satisfying. Even though the weather wasn't ideal, with two days of rain, waking up to a sea view every morning was an experience that exceeded our expectations. The hot spring by the sea is truly unique. Breakfast was also excellent. Parking was convenient for self-drivers, and it wasn't far to any of the attractions. Food delivery via robot was a great experience. Highly recommended!

Traveling during Chinese New Year, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The service and environment were excellent, and I had a fantastic stay. All the staff were incredibly enthusiastic, patient, and meticulous. Especially when comparing it to the hotels I stayed at in Ningbo later in the trip, I truly feel that the Zhoushan Nanyuan Silk Road Haitiantai Hotel is more highly recommended!
