房間整齊乾淨，距離普濟寺步行10分鐘，很近，周邊購物吃飯非常方便，碼頭接送，服務周到，特別是保安張師傅，熱情周到。

服務很好，從第一天入住到結束行程，在酒店的服務上總能感受到他們是用心和你溝通，保安張師傅還會主動幫忙拿行李，和小孩互動，告知一些注意事項，進門出門，前台也會跟我們親切問候，總的來説體驗感非常好。唯獨一點沒有早餐，當然和島上的商業環境有關，能解決，，附近就有自助素食早餐，但畢竟需要出門，稍顯配套不足，不過不影響整體感受。

前台服務熱心仔細，保安張師傅主動幫我們登記寄存行李，酒店到碼頭接送非常準時。酒店近西山景區，門口吃早餐和便利超市也非常方便。

由於普陀山很濕基本上很多酒店衛生環境都比較差的
我地在旁邊租了一間民宿 但實在衛生環境太差了
最後租了這酒店 環境還好的

每年來普陀山都會定這家酒店，離普濟寺很近。主要是服務非常好，特別是有位保安大叔張鳳橋，非常貼心，早上我們離店的時候，寄存行李，張大叔給我們把酒店號碼都寫在紙條上，叮囑我們到碼頭之後給酒店打電話。因為服務很到位，所以我們每年去都會定這家。推薦！
