整體而言，這家酒店給我留下了相當不錯的印象。唯一美中不足的是，四寶館未開放讓我略感遺憾。從入住到離店的全程，酒店的服務都表現得相當出色。特別是前台的張敏、楊紫媛和張樂三位員工，她們的服務態度非常熱情周到，無論我提出什麼問題，都能迅速而詳盡地給予解答，讓我感到十分貼心。酒店的環境更是令人贊歎，彷彿置身於一個天然的氧吧之中，讓人心曠神怡。此外，酒店還為我們準備了精美的水果和禮品，這些小細節都彰顯了酒店的用心和品質。特別值得一提的是，酒店還為小朋友們準備了洗漱禮包，這一點讓我十分滿意。總的來説，這是一家非常值得推薦的酒店。無論是從服務、環境還是細節方面，都展現出了高水準的品質。雖然四寶館未能開放讓我有些遺憾，但這並不影響我對這家酒店的整體好評。我相信，無論是商務出差還是休閑度假，選擇這裏都會是一個明智的選擇。

到樓觀台後被文化氛圍深深吸引，入住道温泉酒店，感受超級棒，隨處可見的熊貓元素，唯一遺憾的是四寶館並未開放，前台姬經理和敏敏的服務真的讓我感到像是來到了許久不見的老朋友家裡，特別舒適及親切，雖然四寶館未開放，但是附近的景點還是很多的，樓觀台森林公園非常推薦，純純的氧吧，下次有機會一定會再來的，更會給朋友多多推薦哦～

這次的入住體驗非常滿意！酒店服務態度非常好，尤其前台大堂經理姬成成先生始終保持着親切的微笑以及耐心的講解酒店周邊景區特色，不僅如此，他們的形象也非常出色，一舉一動都充滿了專業性的親和力，給人留下了深刻的印象，酒店的位置離樓觀台，財神廟，植物園都特別近，也非常方便，房間內設施非常齊全，乾淨整潔，生活用品一應俱全。推薦給所有的朋友們！

五一節期間和朋友旅行，選擇了這家熊貓主題道温泉酒店，真的很不錯！從入住時的熱情接待，到房間的整潔舒適，每一個細節都讓人感到滿意！晚上還去泡了温泉，解除了一天的疲憊！第二天早上去用了早餐，可能節假日客人多的原因，我們去的時候好多菜都沒有了，不過還好後來又陸續補上來了！
最最最重要的是在我們退房時在樓道碰到了工作人員，還非常熱情主動的幫我們拉行李，誠懇的邀請我們下次光臨，把我和家人送至前台，後來才從前台的員工口中得知她是客房部代經理，作為一個普通的住客，心裏滿滿的感動，感覺到被重視！
