房間很大，入住當天下雨，感覺有點冷，詢問後得知酒店為省電把空調統一關閉了；毛巾掉毛嚴重，一擦粘一臉毛毛，還有床單被罩和毛巾沒有做到一客一換，甚至夾雜有長頭髮；早餐需要出門步行十分鐘到另外一酒店，但那邊客人比較多，早餐供應量明顯不夠，前面人取用完也不補充；網上預訂的房間，入住時還要按金，退房時查房查了好久。總之，各方面服務有待提升！
