Zhuhai Marriott Hotel Jinwan

The lobby being on the 22nd floor is quite inconvenient for coming and going. You have to go around to the back to switch elevators. And don't even bother waiting for robot delivery; you might as well go get it yourself, as it takes at least 20 minutes to arrive. There aren't many food options nearby, and a taxi ride out starts at around 20 kilometers, making transportation the biggest expense of the day.

The space is huge, the environment is lovely, very comfortable, and it's super quiet with excellent soundproofing. The lake view is beautiful. Overall, it's really great and highly recommended. I'll recommend it to friends next time.

The hotel's pool is quite nice, and the gym is great too. The executive lounge gets very crowded in the evenings, and there's not much food available outside of those hours, only drinks. Breakfast is just average. It's really good that there are seafood restaurants near the hotel.

Our stay was absolutely delightful! A big thank you to Serena from customer service; the room she arranged was spotless. Whenever we needed help, the staff were incredibly prompt and attentive. Such thoughtful service! We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Our butler, Serena, provided excellent service. The hotel itself was very clean, bright, comfortable, and cozy. There are plenty of great dining options around the hotel, and you can enjoy an evening stroll near the arts center. It's also very close to the beach.

Housekeeping didn't even replenish the water or the bathmat, just emptied the trash and tidied the bed. The elevators are a maze; you have to go from the first floor to the 22nd, then from the 22nd to your room's floor. To leave, you also have to go to the 22nd floor first, then from the 22nd to the first. It takes several minutes just to go up or down. With this level of service, I think even a Ji Hotel would be better. Not recommended.

Very satisfied, I stay at this hotel every time I come to Zhuhai. It's clean and comfortable. Five stars! Marriott is always reliable, the bed is very comfortable, ensuring good sleep quality. The surrounding environment is great, and you can see a park right across the street when you open the window.

The surroundings are quite pleasant, the room is clean, and the service is excellent, especially Jane. There was a slight delay when the parking system misread my license plate, but I contacted Jane and she quickly resolved the temporary issue.
