I ordered takeout, and it took 40 minutes for it to be delivered to my room, which was even longer than the delivery driver's estimate. The driver arrived at 12:20 PM, but the food didn't get to my room until 1:00 PM! Luckily, I ordered grilled food, so it just got cold. If I had ordered ice cream, it would have completely melted. I even fell asleep waiting. I called the front desk several times, and each time they said, 'Oh, I thought it had already been delivered.' What do you mean, 'you thought'? I don't care what you thought! The fact is, it wasn't delivered at all!! The sink in the bathroom needed to be manually pushed down to drain, and the button behind the faucet did nothing. After lying on the room's sofa for a while, I broke out in red bumps. I'm incredibly angry and giving a terrible review! Later, a manager contacted me and said everything had been sorted out and it was a misunderstanding. How is it a misunderstanding? I don't know who 'sorted it out' with me! I've stayed in so many hotels, and this is the first time I've ever encountered something like this! So, because of your 'misunderstanding,' we're supposed to just bear the losses it caused us? All that grilled food was completely cold!!! They're not taking responsibility and still calling it a 'misunderstanding'!

I booked a sea-view room specifically for the unbeatable view. The environment was clean and odorless, and the room's hygiene was absolutely perfect. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, making me feel right at home. The staff member, Esther, was polite and very approachable~ I'll definitely come back next time!

Ten stars for terrible – seriously, avoid this hotel, it's horrendous! Cleanliness: This is the first time I've ever experienced a hotel with such awful cleanliness! A disposable slipper, clearly left by a previous guest, crawled out from under the bed, and the carpet was covered in years of dust and bits of toilet paper!

The Hilton Guangzhou Pearl River was the highlight of my May Day trip. I highly recommend the Alice-themed family room – the decor is so creative and the service is incredibly thoughtful. I'll definitely be back!

The hotel's overall layout is typical Hilton – decent and standard, as is the room decor. They have a swimming pool and a kids' play area. The front desk staff and service personnel were all very kind. During this trip, I had family members with mobility issues, and the hotel staff and restaurant staff were all very helpful. The hotel is located in a new area; Macau is just a short boat ride across the water, and it's relatively close to Hengqin. The only downside is that dining options nearby are a bit far. We booked a room that included afternoon tea and a complimentary shuttle service to Hengqin or Chimelong (you get to choose one of three options), so overall, we were quite satisfied. My only minor disappointment is that I noted during booking that I was celebrating my child's birthday and asked if they could do a small room decoration or provide a little surprise for the child. Unfortunately, nothing was done. In other places I've traveled, I've made similar requests and they've always folded towels into cartoon shapes or provided a small cake. This makes me feel the hotel's overall service awareness and management could be improved, but everything else was very satisfactory.

This hotel consistently delivers a high standard across all aspects. The service was excellent from the moment we arrived, with staff helping us with our luggage to our room. The sea-view rooms offer beautiful sunrises, while the mountain-view rooms are perfect for sunsets. There are also discounts available for the buffet dinner on weekends and holidays. The only downside is that prices tend to be higher during holiday periods.

The location and views are indeed excellent, and Jack at the front desk provided particularly good service too!

Fantastic! Standard Hilton style and service. They helped with our luggage and took good care of the kids. And the pool, especially, was amazing! The water might be a bit cool for little ones, but surprisingly, there's a hot spring pool right next to it~ The view alone is worth the room rate! Plus, there's even a shuttle to Chimelong. Superb!

I've always loved Hilton's facilities, ambiance, and cleanliness! The hotel itself is very well-designed. My room offered a 180-degree view of Macau Island across the water. Besides being a bit far from the city center, everything else was fantastic! If you have a car, that wouldn't even be an issue. The staff were also good. Due to special circumstances, I had to check out early. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time!
