Zhuhai Elephant to the Hotel

The Executive Twin Room at Xiangwang Hotel is absolutely amazing! The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and it was spotlessly clean with no strange odors. The service was warm and attentive, responses were prompt, and the facilities were complete. The check-in experience was excellent, highly recommended!

1. The room assigned to me had already been occupied by other guests. The front desk staff and housekeeping were arguing outside my door, with housekeeping implying the room hadn't been cleaned before I checked in, and the front desk staff seeming to dismiss it as a minor issue. 2. There was noticeable hair in multiple places in the room, and I only photographed some of it. 3. The sink seemed to be leaking; water constantly dripped onto the floor every time I used it. Summary: The staff's 'good enough' attitude is truly terrible. And this is just what's visible; I can only imagine what corners were cut in areas we didn't notice! It really shows the overall management philosophy and staff quality of this hotel! At this price point, customer experience should surely be a top priority! It seems like the hotel lacks standard operating procedures, and everyone just acts on a whim! This is my first negative review for my Zhuhai trip, and my first for a hotel of this caliber!

Facilities: Parking was very convenient with plenty of spaces, and the robot delivery service for meals was a nice touch. Environment: Great, it was a pretty good stay overall.

The room was incredibly spacious and spotless. The front desk staff were very welcoming upon check-in. It came with a large bathtub and a smart assistant (XiaoDu), and all the facilities were brand new. Highly recommend!

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the border, which is perfect for travelers visiting Macao 🇲🇴. There's a mall downstairs, so dining and shopping are super convenient 👍. The room was very clean, and the bed was soft and comfortable. They've also recently introduced an afternoon tea ☕️ set, and the food was delicious 😋. What a shame I forgot to take photos 📷! The butler service was great; they helped me with a lot of food deliveries 🥡 during my stay... It was fantastic!

The whole place was clean and odor-free, with both the public areas and guest rooms spotless. The room layout was well-designed and airy, and the facilities were brand new and fully equipped. Hot water came out instantly, and the air conditioning maintained a comfortable temperature. The staff were enthusiastic and polite, responding incredibly quickly to any requests. My entire experience was excellent. The location is superb, making it very convenient for getting around and shopping. Plus, the price was affordable, making it my top choice for accommodation when traveling!
