This hotel was, without a doubt, the best one I booked during the May Day holiday. First, even though the hotel was fully booked when we checked in, the front desk attendant was very attentive and quickly arranged a room for us, despite the long wait. While we waited, they gave us a welcome gift: some delicious Macanese pastries! They also treated us to a generous afternoon tea (a large pot of hot tea and many tasty snacks), which was a real treat 🤗. Most importantly, the comfortable sleep felt just like being at home – truly commendable. The only downside was that the self-service laundry machine was difficult to operate. After reporting the issue to the front desk online, the response time exceeded two hours, so I had to go downstairs to the front desk in person to get it resolved.

The hotel's front desk service was excellent, very warm and attentive. The room was clean and tidy. It's close to the Sun & Moon Bay, and there are plenty of seafood restaurants and eateries nearby, making it very convenient for getting around. The room had great natural light, and we even got a free room upgrade. Fantastic!

Unbeatable sea view directly facing the Sun and Moon Bay Grand Theater. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and the room was clean and comfortable. The beach is right downstairs, making for a perfect vacation experience. I'll definitely stay here again next time! 😎

I booked this hotel before May Day, and the price for two consecutive nights was just over 500 RMB. I saw some reviews when booking and was a bit nervous, but my actual stay far exceeded my expectations. 1. The front desk supervisor left a great impression on me; she was very efficient. The front desk has a 'treasure chest' where you can get things like steam eye masks and earplugs. They even provide sand shovels if you want to go clam digging. (See Picture 1). 2. The washbasin is separate from the toilet area. The entire bathroom felt quite good; it wasn't dirty or messy as some reviews suggested, which I need to correct. 3. I've stayed in many hotels, and the shower here is particularly noteworthy. The water pressure is strong, and the spray is fine and gentle – definitely worth a special mention. 4. The lights and curtains can be controlled by voice or switch. After staying at the Penguin Hotel, coming here felt like a world apart in terms of smart home features. 5. I chose a twin room. There's no nightstand between the beds, so you can push them together. Three of us slept comfortably without feeling cramped, with the child in the middle, and everyone slept soundly. 6. There's a laundry room on the top floor with washing and drying machines, and a viewing deck. It was great to order takeout BBQ and beer in the evening and watch the illuminated Sun & Moon Bay. 7. The surrounding amenities are excellent. We bought seafood at Chaoyang Market and had it prepared on the first floor of the hotel. The freshness was top-notch, though the flavor was a bit bland. There's also 'Fengsheng Delicacies' just 20 meters from the hotel entrance; I really loved their congee – super value for money. 8. There's no wardrobe in the room, just a wooden slat design. While it has a certain aesthetic, clothes hanging on it tend to look a bit messy. 9. I have to praise the lighting design in the hotel room. It has some clever touches, and the reading light design is very reasonable, unlike the monotonous, harsh lighting in many other hotels. 10. There is indeed a soundproofing issue; we could hear the TV from the next room. Luckily, the hotel arranged for a family with a similar schedule to stay next door. In summary, Zhuhai is worth a visit, and this Ramada is worth a stay.

The room was spacious and clean with an amazing view. It's super convenient to get around, with the Sun Moon Bay and beach just downstairs. The bedding was soft, facilities complete, and the service was thoughtful. Plus, there are plenty of dining options nearby. It was a really pleasant stay for a short trip!

We brought our one-and-a-half-year-old child to Zhuhai, and I originally booked a sea-view room at this hotel. However, when we checked in, the room we were given wasn't a sea-view room, and they claimed all the other rooms were full. The bathroom door was also broken, only covered by a half-curtain, so I constantly worried about my child running into the bathroom to play with the toilet water. There's a building under construction nearby, and the loud construction noise started around 7 AM, waking my child up directly. Overall, the experience wasn't very good. A heads-up: there's no beach near this hotel; it takes about 20 minutes by taxi to get to one. I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking to take your child to play on the sand.

Traveling from Shenzhen to Zhuhai Chimelong, we made a stopover at this hotel. The staff (a lovely lady) saw we had a child and kindly upgraded us to a family suite. The service was absolutely excellent! Food options nearby were also very convenient. Our child loved it so much they didn't want to leave the hotel. To get to Chimelong, you can take a taxi to Zhuhai Station, and then a 17-minute intercity railway ride will take you straight to Chimelong, which is quite budget-friendly.

The room has an amazing, direct view of the Sun & Moon Bay, and the night view 🌃 is especially stunning. My family was very pleased. The rooftop offers fantastic panoramic views. The hotel breakfast was also great, and it's close to the seafood market.

The room experience was amazing! It's a very new hotel, and the bedding was clean and comfortable. You can see the Grand Theatre and Sun & Moon Bay. Our two suites each offered stunning views of the sunrise. The 20th-floor observation deck has a laundry room, so you can do your laundry while enjoying the sea view. They even provided afternoon tea service directly to each room. It was a pleasant surprise to find the afternoon tea waiting for us when we returned to our room.
