HAI YUE S HOTEL

The room was excellent, the parking lot was huge, and the front desk service was very welcoming.

I booked this Hiyue Hotel room through Ctrip, and the faucet was impossible for a normal person to turn on. I couldn't wash my hands when I went to the toilet late at night. Around 7 AM, I called and informed them. When the service staff came up, I asked why they, with their 24-hour service, hadn't noticed and informed me last night. I said, 'Wasn't anyone available late at night?' I called around 7 AM, and even by 9 AM, no one had come to fix it. They argued, 'We're available by phone 24/7, but the technician doesn't start until 9 AM.' Later, a staff member spent some time getting water to flow, then turned it off and left. I called again, another person came, but still couldn't get the water to turn on. I said, 'I'm not a**person, nor do I need highly specialized training to turn on a faucet. A normal person should be able to operate a normal faucet; that's what a normal hotel should have.' Everything was terrible; they just argued instead of providing genuine service. After that, even past 9 AM, I still couldn't brush my teeth or wash my hands. My calls weren't answered, and I had already paid for the room. Unable to rest, I left the hotel in frustration. I paid money, but stepped into a trap with this terrible and deceptive hotel service. Many other hotels in the vicinity at the same price point are much better than this one. —Looking at so many negative reviews again, it seems my assessment isn't unfair. I've never given a bad review before.

Facilities: The amenities are quite comprehensive, very good. Cleanliness: The hygiene is clean and tidy. Environment: The environment is great, with many food and drink options nearby.

The floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned, with a lot of dust and hair. The showerhead was also quite dirty, and I'm not sure what it was, but it felt a bit sticky. Everything else was okay, though. Oh, and the soundproofing was really bad too.

Facilities: Fully equipped and the hotel's location is very convenient. Environment: The environmental hygiene is well-managed, which is key. Service: The service is good, no complaints.

The environment here is fantastic, and there are tons of great places to eat nearby. The Hawaii (area/attraction) is really fun too. The parking lot is huge, and the room itself is very spacious. I also want to give a special mention to the front desk service, which was excellent.
