Had a wonderful trip! We booked two rooms for our family of five, traveling during the off-peak season. The hotel is very close to the park. Upon check-in, we received welcome gifts, and the rooms had postcards and children's toiletries, which the kids absolutely loved. We stayed until the second night, and the fireworks were absolutely stunning! The children were reluctant to leave, and we promised to come back again.

The hotel dining offered Chinese congee and炖汤 (double-boiled soup), perfect for the elderly's taste. We could even see penguins from the restaurant, which the kids adored. The shuttle bus service between the hotel and Spaceship Theme Park solved our biggest transportation challenge. The drivers were patient and waited for us when getting on and off, demonstrating thoughtful service. The hotel's hardware facilities are excellent, with distinctive polar-themed decor. Public play areas, parent-child activity spaces, and leisure facilities are all comprehensive, ensuring both adults and children can find something enjoyable. The service team is highly professional, with everyone being warm and polite. They patiently answered all our questions and handled requests efficiently without delay. Bringing my whole family to Zhuhai Chimelong this time, choosing the Penguin Hotel was truly a brilliant decision!

Staying at the Penguin Hotel during the May Day holiday is super convenient when visiting Chimelong. The accommodation experience was excellent, and our baby had a fantastic time. The facilities are complete and well-equipped, and the service is top-notch. Every staff member was very friendly and responsive. The tour guidance was perfect. The hotel has good soundproofing and is clean. We could enter the park early in the morning, and when it rained, we could quickly return to the hotel to rest without getting wet. The kids didn't want to leave, and we'll definitely be back!
