The hotel might be a bit older, but aside from the slightly small room, everything else was quite satisfactory. It has a pool, and the service was very attentive – they helped open car doors and handle luggage upon arrival. The room was also very clean. It's conveniently located close to Gongbei Port and Zhuhai Railway Station.

The hotel service was excellent, and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic, both adults and children loved it!

Huge safety hazard in the family room!!! Especially in the VIP building rooms! I strongly advise everyone not to stay here. A closet door fell and injured my child, and besides saying they would repair the room, the hotel neither proactively contacted us nor offered any compensation. The incident happened at night. After washing clothes, we wanted to hang them in the closet. When we opened the closet door, it suddenly fell off. The area in front of the closet was designed as a play area for children, and it hit my child. After checking out, the hotel didn't reply to WeChat messages. When we called, they just said they would escalate it to their superiors, but we never received any follow-up.

The hotel's location is pretty good, and the sea-view rooms offer a view of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. It's still a bit of a walk to the beach, and you have to take a roundabout way to get to Lovers' Road. The hotel has a kids' play area and a cinema, so there were a lot of children around. It's very close to the border crossing, and the hotel even provides a shuttle to take you there. However, the reception was a bit chaotic. I had made a reservation long in advance, and they made us wait in the lobby. Yet, people who arrived after us got onto the shuttle without anyone remembering to call us. It's also very close to popular restaurants like Jin Yue Xuan, Xie Cheng Hotpot, and Tui Ji; you can easily walk to them. The bathroom was a bit puzzling. The toilet seat was smart, but it was incredibly noisy when in use, even drowning out the sound of the TV (yes, there's a TV in the bathroom!). The only downside was that it was cloudy and rainy for most of our stay, with only half a day of sunshine.

Excellent hotel with a superb location right on Lovers' Road. The service is great and it's pet-friendly.

This is our second time visiting the Zhuhai Holiday Resort Hotel, and this time we brought our family along. As soon as we arrived at the front desk, we were greeted by a very enthusiastic young lady who showed us several rooms and helped us choose and upgrade to a suitable one. Later, I saw her name tag and learned she was Amy, the manager. Over the next few days, she provided us with comprehensive service, including arranging transportation, replenishing children's toiletries, recommending tour routes, and suggesting dining options, among other things. **Facilities:** This time we stayed in the main building. The soundproofing was better than in the VIP building, with only some flushing sounds. We were out sightseeing most of the days, so we only experienced breakfast and didn't get to try other facilities or activities. Personally, I found the breakfast not as good as before; the pastries were excellent, but the live cooking stations weren't as impressive as last time. **Environment:** The environment is beyond words; you can see the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge.

The room was spotless, and the service from the moment I arrived until I checked out was excellent!
