本來是想着酒店靠近海邊地理位置方便才選擇的，結果非常令人失望！入住前兩天已經致電前台詢問可否五星好評延遲到兩點退房以及能否提前到一點入住，酒店答覆可以。結果入住當天跟我説從清雅大床升級成清雅大床？我本來訂的就是清雅大床好嗎？結果安排的房間很多蚊子！地板是濕的！馬桶沖水很小！開空調抽濕近一個小時都沒幹！忍無可忍之下問前台能不能換房，酒店同意了，結果換的房間床單還有血漬！到退房那一天，已經提前確認可以延遲到兩點退房的情況下，11點多來敲我門按門鈴！！！嚴重影響休息！嚇到我女朋友一驚一乍的！退房的時候去前台詢問，結果記錯我手機尾號，所以説電話打不通才來敲門。兩點退房你11點多來敲門？？詢問有什麼解決方案，跟我説賠償50塊？當我乞丐？我表示不接受，竟然讓我報警處理？？什麼服務態度？？已通過各大平台投訴！建議各大網友避雷！！

酒店地理位置很好，房間也很乾凈，服務也很好，大堂有免費的咖啡喝，去逛商場啊，都非常的方便，如果有下次有機會繼續來這裏住，特別感謝前台的美女們給我熱情的介紹周邊的景點。

第一次入住這家酒店，前台環境各方面都很好，服務很周到，衞生方面也很好，洗漱都是一次性獨立包裝，周邊也比較多小吃咖啡店，總得來説體驗感蠻好的，下次來珠海出差就選擇這家

房間非常的不錯，前台小姐姐的服務態度也特別好，有求必應，房間衞生很好，不管是床頭還是廁所，衞生搞得非常乾淨，住起來很舒服。而且酒店的地理位置非常好，離港口很近，想要去澳門遊玩，非常方便。猶豫的寶子們可以放心沖！

前台小姐姐很熱情，周到服務讓人印象深刻。下次出來依然選擇這個酒店，同時也會推薦朋友入住本酒店。一次好的入住，往往就是一個小的細節決定的。酒店位置不錯，很幽靜，距離景點也很近。 房間很乾凈，院子設計很漂亮，尤其前台接待，真心不錯，特別熱心，下次必須還是這個！！！

這個酒店真的不錯，位置也很好，馬路對面就是客運站。交通很便利，環境也很好，前台的小姐姐服務態度一級棒[愛心]，強烈推薦來珠海玩的朋友來這邊住，而且離海邊還很近，大約 2-3 公里左右吧。很好，很好。
