Chimelong Spaceship Hotel

I visited Chimelong Zhuhai seven years ago and it left a lasting impression. Back then, I stayed at the Penguin Hotel and the Hengqin Bay Hotel. This time, I chose the newly opened Spaceship Hotel, which is incredibly convenient for visiting the Spaceship Theme Park. The Spaceship Park is entirely indoors, massive, and a lot of fun, so rain is no issue. We had a fantastic three-day, two-night stay, and the package deal was excellent value. The fireworks at Ocean Kingdom are still top-tier, absolutely the best! Overall, my child had a wonderful time. On the first night, I watched the fireworks from the infinity pool on the 28th floor of the Spaceship Hotel, and on the second night, I saw them live inside Ocean Kingdom!

We booked a 3-day, 2-night package. The housekeeping was excellent! I just wanted the towels replaced, but when we returned to our room after breakfast on the second day, it was completely refreshed and spotless! The resort's signage was clear, and the service was thoughtful, even surprising our child with a gift. The oysters and shrimp at the buffet dinner were amazing – fresh and huge! We'll definitely be back!

Traveling with kids? The Spaceship Hotel is the perfect choice for a family-friendly getaway. It's incredibly convenient, directly connected to the Spaceship Theme Park. The lobby has a strong ocean theme, and the rooms are spacious and bright with excellent mood lighting, creating a great ambiance. The kids absolutely loved the themed rooms. The shower had stable water pressure and plenty of hot water. The room thoughtfully provided special slippers, toothbrushes, and cups for children. All the room amenities were clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The soundproofing was great, ensuring a very comfortable sleep. The staff were warm and proactive. The room itself was quite large with a fantastic view and fully equipped facilities, including a refrigerator and smooth Wi-Fi. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the balcony offered a nice view with a drying rack. The Sailor's buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, including many cute, kid-friendly dishes – they really cater to children! The specialty restaurants are also unique and worth trying. Luggage storage at the hotel was very convenient, and parking was free with plenty of spaces available. Very satisfied! The hotel environment is lovely, and the air is fresh. The hotel also offers shuttle buses to other theme parks. This package deal was a great value, and we'll definitely be back for a second visit!

This is my second time visiting Chimelong Zhuhai, and since my main purpose this trip was to see the killer whales at the Spaceship Park, I booked a stay at the Spaceship Hotel. Overall, it's not the most impressive hotel in the Chimelong series, but it still maintains the standard quality you'd expect from Chimelong. Room Facilities: The front desk upgraded us to a Moon Exploration King Room. The room size was moderate, perhaps a bit smaller than the room we stayed in at Chimelong Qingyuan, but overall, it was comfortable. The facilities looked well-maintained and new, with vibrant colors that are kid-friendly. Value for Money: The package deal (scenic spot + hotel) was slightly more expensive than at Chimelong Qingyuan, but the price felt acceptable, especially considering the excellent tourist facilities and service quality at Chimelong. Breakfast: My expectations were high, but I was a little disappointed. Perhaps the breakfast variety at the Chimelong Qingyuan hotel was just too extensive, as the selection here at the Spaceship Hotel felt somewhat limited. However, the quality of the breakfast was still very good. Wi-Fi: Fast and stable signal. Bed: Neither too soft nor too hard, very comfortable. Restaurant: We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant on the top floor, and it was a great experience, much better than at Chimelong Qingyuan, and the service quality was also superior. Cleanliness: Exceeded expectations; it was extremely clean and tidy. Parking: You can park directly in the underground parking lot. During the off-peak season, there were plenty of available spaces. Room View: From the room, you can directly see the roof of the Spaceship Park, offering an expansive view. Location and Transportation: This is something Chimelong excels at; each park is tightly integrated with its respective hotel. You can access the park directly from the hotel by just going downstairs, which is incredibly convenient. Service: Overall good, though the front desk staff could be a bit more welcoming; they seemed a bit stone-faced. Swimming Pool: There's an infinity pool on the top floor which looked nice, though it's a bit small. Guests can use it for free. Gym: Well-equipped and very functional, but it seems to close at 9:30 PM.

Facilities: This is truly a child-friendly hotel! They've thought of everything for little ones, and the kids' amenities are absolutely adorable. They even decorated for my child's birthday with a lovely surprise, which was a really nice touch 👍👍👍 Cleanliness: Spotless, no strange odors, smoke-free, and wonderfully quiet~~ Environment: The color scheme is super cute and perfect for kids. The high-floor rooms offer unbeatable views. Stepping into the hotel feels like entering an amusement park – I almost missed the front desk, haha! 😂 You can start having fun as soon as you walk in! 🎶 Service: From the moment I booked, they were confirming details. Check-in was smooth with patient guidance. Over the two days, they sent various thoughtful reminders and tips. Even at check-out, they had a sweet little gift for my child. It was packed with emotional value and made for a comfortable, happy, and satisfying stay!

The room was incredibly spacious and clean, perfect for three people. Every staff member at the hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful. The directions to and from the park were very clear and easy to follow. As expected from Chimelong, it definitely didn't disappoint! Plus, we could even watch the fireworks from the third floor of the hotel at 8 PM!

My kids have grown from toddlers to almost adults, and we've visited Chimelong in Guangzhou and Zhuhai seven times now. We've pretty much stayed at every Chimelong hotel. This time, our stay at the Spaceship Hotel in Zhuhai Chimelong was, objectively speaking, my most satisfying experience. From the parking guidance and front desk reception to the room amenities, dining services, and entertainment, everything showed a noticeable improvement. What left the deepest impression on me this time was visiting the Chimelong Spaceship Park and dining at the Sailor Buffet Restaurant for two days. The rides in the park are incredibly fun and technologically advanced, offering a fantastic experience that my kids absolutely loved and didn't want to leave. The food was also abundant and delicious. We had such a great time this trip, and the kids are already saying they want to come back!

Facilities: The hotel is relatively new overall, but several areas were under maintenance and not open. Some in-room facilities were already damaged or malfunctioning. Cleanliness: Generally clean and tidy, but the rooms universally had a strong damp smell, and some even had a very heavy smoke odor. Environment: The high-floor garden view rooms offered excellent views of Ocean Kingdom and Chimelong Spaceship, and you could even see the fireworks – truly top-notch. Service: The staff were warm, polite, and attentive.
