The room was clean, tidy, bright, and comfortable. The front desk staff were excellent, and the environment was great too! 👍

I'm tired of praising how good Naphon Hotel is. It's truly excellent, top-notch, the best of the best! During the day, the lobby offers wellness teas, snacks like cookies and candies. Surprisingly, there's also a small ice machine for cold drinks – something I haven't seen in other hotels yet. I recommend Naphon to all my friends visiting Zhuhai. However, the room rates on various platforms can be a bit inconsistent, so I suggest comparing prices before booking. I wonder if they have a membership program? I stay here twice a month, and if there's a membership with exclusive member pricing, I would definitely sign up!

The room had roses, and the front desk sent popcorn. The service was also excellent, with a robot delivering meals. The hygiene was good. Highly recommended!

Checked out on the 10th. The morning shift lady was really enthusiastic and helpful, big thanks to her for even helping us store our luggage! The room was very clean and new, we had a good stay. The only thing was a scent, probably from an air freshener, which I didn't like as someone prone to motion sickness – it made me a bit dizzy. There's a nice, quiet little bar downstairs, and plenty of dining options close by.

The service was excellent, and they even upgraded my room for free! It was very spacious, and all the room facilities were brand new. The soundproofing was really good too. Zhuhai is a great city. I'd suggest they look into the sign light at the entrance; it wasn't lit up at night, and out-of-towners relying on navigation might easily miss it.
