The room design was a hit with the kids – they loved the slide, ball pit, and dolphin stuffed animals. The upstairs bed was super soft, and we even had a choice of breakfast options in the morning. The butler service via WeChat was a nice touch and very attentive. Parking cost extra. The hotel is located within a residential complex.

Visited Chimelong Ocean Kingdom with my kids during the May Day holiday, and they immediately fell in love with this hotel. As expected, they were incredibly excited upon arrival. The fantastical corridors and walkways felt like walking on waves into an underwater world. The room was filled with child-friendly amenities like a slide, a ball pit, a moon swing, and a small bicycle, all of which the kids adored. The butler service was attentive and thoughtful; Sister Feiyu was very helpful, answering all our questions promptly. The shuttle driver was also very enthusiastic. The room was clean and tidy. We'll definitely book this hotel again next time we visit Zhuhai!

The front desk staff were really nice and friendly. The room was lovely, and the hallway had a unique character. There was even a robot service! They also gave us complimentary breakfast, which made the kids very happy – they didn't want to leave. After enjoying our first day, we decided to extend our stay for a second day and also experienced the 'Flying Fish Butler' service, which was excellent. They were enthusiastic and considerate, actively helping us with any issues and patiently answering all our questions. I really have to commend the 'Flying Fish Butler' – a truly great staff member. I loved it! ❤️

Had a fantastic May Day trip here, and I absolutely loved the room! It felt like stepping into a pink fairytale castle for the day ✨. A little princess's happiness is so simple: a spiral staircase, a princess bed, glowing curtains, and riding a little wooden horse. The butler, Feiyu Shuimu, provided excellent service too! 👍

The Jellyfish Concierge service was great. The room was super cozy and pink, perfect for a little girl – my child absolutely loved it. As for hygiene, the entire room smelled wonderful, and breakfast was even delivered to our room.

The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, and we even got a free upgrade! The hotel facilities are excellent, with everything you need from daily essentials to recreational amenities. It's very family-friendly, making it stress-free to stay with kids, and you can see thoughtful touches everywhere. The front desk and staff were attentive and warm, even offering shuttle services, which made getting around super convenient. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with great value for money. The server, Feiyu Shuimu, even gave my child a plush toy, which was a nice touch. I'd definitely recommend it to friends!
