The worst venue according to the entire team, the couple and their guests - Pine River "It wasn't just bad, it was fucking bad!" (in Tinkov's voice) It all started when the car with the decor and the installers wasn't allowed onto the venue "we have a pedestrian zone" said the security guard, but the wedding manager didn't tell anyone about it! Not during the month of preparation, not the contractors the day before, not the couple, not the guests... As a result, we had to load the decor into a golf cart! Right in the parking lot. We lost an hour on this. An hour of installation, which is paid for, and which we wasted in vain... Imagine our surprise when after unloading an SUV with sound arrived right behind us at the site!) This is such a pedestrian zone 👌🏼 The only thing that surprised us even more was that the veranda, on which we had been coordinating with the manager for a month for a buffet and a chill-zone, was demolished! Yes, they simply dismantled it and left the protruding pillars and the dug-up part, which you can admire from the window of the banquet hall "this is where your buffet could have been" ... (the bride found out about the demolition of the gazebo on the wedding day while passing by the hall. She was not given any explanation). The hall itself had everything - a huge wooden Christmas tree at the entrance (in August!), a huge banner on the wall, which the manager and I had agreed on for our photo zone! Leftovers from previous celebrations - pink balloons and a variety of different furniture, which is stored there as if in a warehouse, and the removal of which we agreed with the manager for our installation. There was everything except light on the site (there is simply none there), and tables, which we came to decorate. We started calling the manager at 13:00 and continued until 17:00. There is no connection at the site. To call, you need to climb a pine tree 👌🏼 All this time she said that she was already on her way, that the tables were already being carried, then she lied that she gave our number to another manager, that he was already calling us, etc. Naturally, no one called or came. When asked about the veranda, she said that everything was discussed with the bride and everything was decided, and the buffet was agreed upon in the hall, right in front of the banquet tables, for some reason ... An hour before the guests arrived, we had to call the bride, because after 20 calls it became clear that no one would come and we were catastrophically behind schedule. We never call a couple on the day of the celebration to protect them from stress and resolve all issues ourselves. But the situation was already critical. After the bride's call, our manager came. Slowly, leisurely walking around the hall, she said that she would not open the spare veranda, because they would not have time to put the buffet there, and it needed to be put in front of the tables, and the guests were very interested in standing and watching the waiters running around laying out food at the banquet in a stuffy room, eating, and then taking 2 steps and moving to another table 👌🏼 We fought to get the veranda where there was a furniture warehouse. Apparently, when people rent a hall with windows overlooking the pine trees, the manager thinks, “It must be boring to look at the forest, let's make a warehouse of junk, so that they have something to look at from the hall from which they cannot leave.” The tables were brought in half an hour before the guests arrived. Из хорошего: 1. Невероятно большая и красивая территория 2. Различные варианты локаций для размещения на любой вкус и кошелек с видом на лес, поле или речку. 2. Много различных вариантов проведения досуга: лошади, гончарная мастерская, лодки, сапы, веревочный парк, баня, бассейн и т.д., но все платное и цены московские. Собственно из хорошего все. А теперь о плохом: 1. Номера Сфера - убитые грязные палатки. Прозрачные элементы в пятнах и разводах, от чего вся прелесть нахождения внутри пропадает. Внутри грязно, это вариант не комфортабельного номера, а лесной избушки. Сантехника вся старая и сломанная. За 3 дня нахождения в отеле уборки и смены полотенец не было ни разу. 2. Еда очень посредственная, при этом цены московские. На завтраке явно не хватает ни мест, ни еды, ощущение что находишься на людном базаре, лотки всегда полупустые и приходится постоянно его-то ждать. 3. Сервис. Это отдельная тема. Что это такое здесь никто не знает в принципе. Весь персонал общается с такими лицами и таким тоном как будто нас бесплатно пустили пожить и мы очень напрягаем. Это касается и ресепшн, и ресторана и любого другого персонала. Никто не здоровается, не улыбается, проблемы твои решать не собирается. Ну и вишенка на торте-при выезде забыла на кровати наушники. Приехав в Москву позвонила-ответ «мы проверим». Итог-второй день сама названиваю в отель, кормят обещаниями и не перезванивают, очевидно что никто мне ничего возвращать не собирается. Судя по другим отзывам это нормальное поведение персонала. 4. Мы жили около основного здания, поэтому ходили пешком. Но другие гости жаловались, что из дальних локаций приходится ходить пешком, гольф кары не предусмотрены. 5. Если дождь, то делать совсем ничего кроме как сидеть в домике. А в Сфере не работает ни wi fi, ни сеть, телевизор также отсутствует. Никакого общего пространства-лобби, кинотеатра и тд, где можно посидеть, почитать, поиграть нет. 6. Wi fi работает только в ресторане и на ресепшн. Билайн ловит только местами. Мой итог -есть смысл только если ехать в домик, где есть кухня, взяв с собой все продукты, селится подальше в отдаленные локации и наслаждаться природой без привязки к самому отелю. Конюшню и гончарную мастерскую также рекомендую. Все остальное - нет, нет и нет.

Испорченное настроение на 14 февраля! Бронировали дом «Нео Типи» насмотревшись красивых картинок этого номера на сайте отеля. Ехали отлично провести день влюбленных и сделать красивые кадры. На деле вышло полное разочарование и не желание персонала хоть как-то исправить ситуацию! Весь стеклянный номер был в снегу. Просили персонал отеля почистить дом от снега 5 раз- И по телефону и лично, и по смс! Улыбаться они умеют - а решать возникшие проблемы- нет. Вы либо делайте скидку зимой на этот тип домов - так как у вас нет панорамного вида на лес и нет ни какого вида из домика. Либо чистите от снега окна перед заселением ваших гостей! 16.000₽ были просто потрачены впустую! Дозвониться до ресепшен тоже не вышло. Ждали на линии более 15 минут. Просили доставку завтрака в номер и на завтрак просили блинчики - на завтрак доставили всё- кроме блинчиков! Сервис просто на нулевом уровне!

We visited this hotel when it was still frosty and everything was covered in snow. And in my opinion, it was the best time to visit, as the view from the all-glass room (Tipi) was stunning. Snow-covered forest, the sparkle of snow in the morning and the starry sky at night, just you and nature - magical! In general, the hotel has a large territory, so there is a great opportunity to walk among the forest and enjoy the beautiful scenery. There are also many entertainments on the territory, but I was delighted by the huge number of rabbits that you can feed, as well as goats. There is a restaurant on the territory of the hotel, you can also order food to your room. If you are tired of the bustle of the city and your soul asks for privacy, then you must come here.

Приехала в PineRiver третий раз. Ожидала кайфануть с детьми на каникулах. У них репетиторы перед экзаменами, а у меня отпуск после нервной и загруженной работы. Здесь и правда классно было - в августе 2023 и в сентябре 2023. И ничего не предвещало моего нервного срыва в ноябре 2023. Прекрасный дом в поле с номером 108, чарующий вид, прекрасный закат, по-прежнему, неадекватно дорогой ужин с микро-порциями (это здесь такая специфика, в целом можно готовить барбекю дома). В общем, все отлично. НО... отдых был жестко испорчен. Я боюсь мышей с детства. И тут карма меня настигла, кто-то на небесах решил, что пора мне справиться со своими страхами самостоятельно. За этот отпуск я научилась ловить мышей, ставить ловушки, убирать остатки сожранного яда и класть новый, а еще убирать трупик мышки. И самое ужасное, все это пришлось делать без супруга, который не смог поехать в этот раз с нами! А так было бы круто вывалить все это на него и расслабиться :). Мышки, в целом, прекрасные, маленькие, полевые, бегали и по посуде, и по столовым приборам, по стояку у ванны. Безопасно в доме было только в холодильнике, но я туда не помещалась. Фото прикладываю. Фото только про мышей. Прекрасные виды можно увидеть на других фото других отдыхающих. Все фото подтверждаю. Место дивное, но оно того не стоит, если в нагрузку мыши. Теперь про меня и мой отдых с детьми в отеле: ловила живность, т.е. мышей - с 30 октября по 3 ноября. Поймала одну. Остальные остались новым гостям :). Пусть тоже внесут в свою жизнь сельского колора, к сожалению. Понимаю, что дом стоит на природе. Понимаю, что полевые мыши с холодами рвутся в дом. Все понимаю. Но, никто не извинился ...! Никто не пришел помочь из администрации, осмотреть места, через которые мыши бегают в дом, не предложили заделать дыры, не предложили компенсации, хотя бы символическую детям или мне! Никто не проявил никакого уважения, сочувствия или понимания! По поводу мышей я звонила на ресепшн 31 октября - три раза в течение дня, а мыши прямо днем бегали, мы их видели с персоналом по уборке. Вот она, сила голода! Ждала пока не стемнело ... в 17.45 пошла уже сама в магазин за ядом. Все ночи в этом дурацком отеле не могла заснуть до 1 часа ночи, вставала уже в 6 утра от шороха. Вот так я, работающая мама, в свой отпуск боролась со своими детскими страхами и антисанитарией в конкретном доме 108 в Pine River за достаточно приличные даже для Москвы деньги (ценник на Family коттедж на троих и более посмотрите у них на сайте). Персонал по уборке принесли отраву для тараканов к 19.00 31 октября, и на том спасибо. Для тараканов, Карл! Мне только персонал по уборке, который два слова по русски связать не может и помогал, а ресепшн и администрации - как смыло ... Ни одного извинения ни от кого! Только напомнили мне, что я на природе! Какие милые люди! The reality now is that many people work remotely, even while vacationing in hotels, so the lack of Internet for the money you pay for a room is very noticeable (one of the small minuses that the girl at the reception resolved herself was that we someone somehow counted the food in the minibar in the sauna (2 juices and chips for more than 800 rubles), although we didn’t take anything there. It seemed like they settled it quickly, they wrote everything off themselves, but a slight aftertaste remained.. Plus everything , neither before nor after the sauna not a single employee met us, the door there was not even locked, it just opened, so none of the employees “took” the sauna in the evening in front of us, and according to the girl, the charges were made only in the morning.. thank you, that no one or anything was destroyed there, otherwise, apparently, they would have chalked it up to our account) in any case, thank you for the rest! A great place with an interesting concept of a secluded holiday surrounded by nature. Huge territory. The three of us lived in the Comfort room. There is enough space, everything you need is there, the plumbing is new. The food in the restaurant is tasty and quite varied. I liked the outdoor SPA complex - everything was new, brand new. The staff is friendly. We'll come.
