I have returned to Shanghai and will continue to book it next time I go on a business trip. I went to the front desk to communicate that I wanted to change a room. The front desk replied that the central air conditioner in the hotel could only provide hot air, and said that a fan would be sent up. With the fan on, it was finally not so stuffy and I could fall asleep, but I still had an uncomfortable sleep all night; second point, There is an alarm clock by the bedside of the hotel. I don’t know whether it was set by the hotel itself or by a previous guest. It started ringing at 6 o’clock in the morning. I didn’t have a good night’s sleep in the early morning. Was woken up again (spreading hands). The overall facilities of the hotel are relatively old. There is no voice control and no robot delivery. The 600 per night hotel is really not worth it. The front desk downstairs said that the food delivery was not handled by the guests and they had to come down to pick it up themselves. It is understandable that the hotel does not take responsibility for hygiene and safety, but now many hotels have set up robots to deliver food. The delivery person directly gives the food to the robot and then the robot delivers it upstairs. This is so convenient. Overall, I will not stay at this Marriott in Zhuzhou again.
