The place is very beautiful, not only the place itself which is fantastic in terms of nature and landscape (the structure is located right on the walkway that connects the whole island, allowing you to take wonderful walks, to go to the very nice places that are located along the walk, to go to the center of Malinska on foot) but also the hotel, we liked the room a lot (sea view on the top floor with terrace and large internal spaces), the breakfast was complete with everything without unnecessary excesses with the possibility of eating it outside near the beach, the pools are beautiful. We have never tried the restaurant. What I didn't like, however, were some of the staff's behaviors: as soon as we arrived (around 3 pm after a long journey coming from Italy), no one helped us with our luggage, which we then had to carry to the room ourselves. We enter the reception and a thin, blond gentleman offers us a pineapple juice, I thank him but decline since I am allergic: I am not offered anything else as an alternative. English: But the thing that bothered me the most was the fact that they asked for the balance of the stay immediately, even though they had my credit card as a guarantee (with which I had already paid the deposit from Italy). Tired from the trip, in a crazy heat and not expecting such a request, I got confused and continued to type in the pin of the previous card... at that moment the nice and kind blond gentleman started to giggle and say "ouch ouch"... I called my bank and solved the problem, but the whole time both the two ladies at the desk and the kind gentleman (who, I want to say, in the following days we saw accompanying new guests to the room helping them with their luggage, something he didn't do with us) didn't bat an eyelid, remaining still waiting for the payment, without telling me that maybe I could calmly take care of it later, maybe after getting settled in and having a shower. Once the problem was solved, the only thing they were able to explain to us was that the parking of the structure is paid (something that is not reported in the description of the structure). I do not comment on the behavior of the blond gentleman. To what has been described, add some oversights such as the elevator that often did not work or the fact of leaving inside it the trolley with brooms, rags and everything useful for cleaning.
