Das Hotel bietet tolle große Zimmer, einen fantastischen Spa Bereich und ein Frühstücksbuffet, das kaum Wünsche offen lässt. Zusätzliche kostenfreie Aktivitäten im Hotel, wie Billiard oder Minigolf können wahrgenommen werden. Gleich nebenan ist ein Fahrradverleih für alle, die den Darß mit dem Rad erkunden möchten. Die Lage in Binz ist gut – es liegt etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, dass sich aber gut in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen lässt. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und erfüllt auch Sonderwünsche.
Punktabzüge gibt es für den teuren Autostellplatz (12 Euro pro Tag), die Renovierungsarbeiten im Flur, bei dem die Handwerker mitunter längere Zeit direkt vor unserer Zimmertür tätig waren, der relativ schlechte Kaffee (und keine Hafermilch), die Buffet-Abendkarte, die den Preis von 32 Euro nicht rechtfertigt sowie die Glasschiebetüren des WCs im Zimmer, die zudem einen großem Spalt haben und somit wenig Privatsphäre zulassen.
Alles in allem können wir das Hotel aber sehr empfehlen und würden auch wiederkommen.

+ Tolles Frühstücksbuffet mit sehr guter Auswahl
+ Guter Spa Bereich mit drei verschiedenen Saunen, Dampfbad und ausreichend Ruheräumen, sowohl innen als auch außen
+ Sehr freundliches Personal

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig .
Schimmel in der Dusche.
Kein Teppichboden in den Zimmern oder Flure.
Frühstücksbüffet sehr sparsam.
Keine Klimaanlage.
Mit wenigen Ausnahmen unfreundliches Servicepersonal.
Einzeln betrachtet ist jeder Punkt nicht so dramatisch. Aber in der Gesamtheit entspricht, meiner Meinung nach, das Hotel nicht einem 4 Sterne Hotel.

We were in Zingst to celebrate a birthday. The location of the hotel was ideal. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. Due to the design, the lobby is a large hall into which an attempt has been made to incorporate some charm. The wellness area is spacious and not overcrowded even at peak times.

Sehr sauberes Hotel, mit gutem Wellnessbereich. Halbpension ist empfehlenswert. Gute Auswahl der Speisen. Leider ist das Hotel ca. 1km von der Ostsee entfernt. Nutzen Sie auf jeden Fall den Hotelparkplatz! Es gilt auf der Zufahrt kpl. eingeschränktes Halteverbot. Es wird täglich kontrolliert (40,-€)

Alles wirkt neu und groß dimensioniert. Der Empfang und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. In der Woche war alles angenehm ruhig und gut verfügbar. Das änderte sich am Freitag. Dann waren die Plätze beim Frühstück knapp und die große Saunalandschaft schon zu klein. Liegen absolut Mangelware. Keine Aufgüsse, keine Zwischenreinigung. Getränke wurden dort zum Kauf angeboten, allerdings war die Theke nur selten besetzt. Die Matratzen auf den Zimmern waren mit Schutzfolien überzogen. Das Abendessen wird als Büfett für 35 € p. P. angeboten. Wir waren auswärts essen. Das Hotel liegt am Ortsrand. Insgesamt zu empfehlen.
