When the room was booked for 3 adults, toiletries should be kept for all of them. Fridge should have been stacked with soft drinks ( ofcorse can be charged later).
Very important, no exhaust in washroom which was quite surprising.
Hope hotel considers the above and improve the facility.

The facilities are good and the staff is cordial.breakfast spread is nice with warm food served. Room is comfortable and the amenties are maintained well. The check-in was smooth even at 11.30 pm. Although valet parking took some time. The room sevice is 24 hours which is a boon.

Stay was nice and specially the breakfast! Room amenities were good, staff were courteous... Only challenge I felt was the less parking space in front side..rest other things were great..more than this the location of this hotel is outstanding.

Overall service was excellent . Special thanks to Kajal for here great smile and quick service . Food was amazing all the staff at the buffet was really proactive . Thank you for your patience and hardwork. It is wonderful stay at this hotel for the first time.

Location is fantastic, since it is close to the airport. For the price tag, the facilities are upto the mark. The rooftop restaurant is a major pull and it's ambience is wonderful. As for the breakfast spread, it is a host of flavours on offer. And a special mention for Nitya, whose quick response and smile makes for an even better breakfast experience. Overall, it is a recommended outing here.

Great Hotel room with a very great experience of dining. Food quality was great and the staff here were very polite and humble. Overall great experience. Staff included Nitya Ma'am. Desserts were very nice in taste and it was the highlight.

Food was delicious, Ms.kajal’s service was commendable , very prompt . Loved the hospitality , food and service. Will surely visit again . It was a work trip though but will recommend to visit with family and friends too . Keep up the good service .

The overall experience was good in Regenta classic cassia. The service was excellent. The room was neat and clean and well maintained. The staff was also very cooperative. Kajal and Nitya both are very hardworking and cooperative. The overall experience in this hotel is very amazing. Next time again we will come here. Thanks
