Room given was not cleaned. Then they changed the room. Internet didn’t work throughout the day. Tea didn’t come even it was asked at 7 am.

We reached 1 hr after check in time and my baby was sleeping in my lap. But their room was not ready and we have to wait 10 mins to get our room. First they show us a filthy dirty room. As we have prepaid our room rent already but when we argue that these are not rooms we booked they shifted your in better room. Service is not late. I think they need more staff. Ordered water to have medicine but waited for water 10 mins !

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting zakirpur. Some disappointing like refrigerator is not working, tv remote is also not and electric cattle cord is very short to use
