nearby market restaurant shopping mall & metro shopping behind the hotel so one of the best hotel in zirakpur

it's showing delux room with garden view, but when check inn to hotel they told they don't have any garden view room in hotel & told me to cancel booking with full refund, I travelling with my mother, at this time now i have to look for another hotel, hotel manager behaviour was really not good at all. amenities mentioned but not provided. dental kit. shower cap. slipper

It was good. But no toiletries were provided in these 3 days. Cleaning staff never changed the toilet rolls nothing. This was it. Food was fine

I made a booking for me and my family on a saturday for the sunday. When my cousins also decided to join, i quickly booked a room for them too, but in haste, wrongly booked it for saturday itself - this was at 10:00 pm. I immediately called and the hotel that this is an error booking and it should be changed to sunday. Assurance from both was given that it’ll be done. But when i checked in, i was made to pay for my cousin’s room again. The hotel said they have already emailthat they have cancel-led my booking as i didn’t check-in.

There was no bar in hotel but it was mentioned on make my trip that hotel contains bar. Most of food item mentioned in hotel menu were not available to eat. Service too slow and poor
