Amazing experience at lords inn chandigarh. They even upgraded our room as we have checked in late. Their breakfast was absolutely delicious and luxurious.

Staff behaviour is arrogant, terrible, below worst my luggage is missed by the hotel staff because of these my flight is missed. Worst hospitality

Bathroom was not well maintained, though the club room looked okay but there was a water logging at the bathroom. I had to call the housekeeping twice to get the water wiped. Restaurant was not able to serve the food. The chicken curry served through the already booked meal was uncooked

The rooms are really spacious and really clean good mattress and pillow washroom was also super clean room service is great and timely
