Wir haben in diesem Hotel schon mehrmals übernachtet, aber immer im Pension. Diesmal im Hotel, was viel besser war. Wir hatten schönes Zimmer, schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist ruhig, zum Stadtzentrum etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Personal ist freunlich sowie die Atmosphere. Man kann gut im Hotelareal parken und kostenlos. Im Zimmer war Minibar, konstenlose Flasche Wasser und Kanne für Tee und Kaffee Zubereitung. Das Frühstück war lecker und reich, praktisch alles was man denke.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen wieder.

Empfang persönlich durch die Chefin katastrophal- Falsche Zimmerbelegung wurde uns zur Last gelegt in einer sehr unfreundlichen, pampigen und überheblichen Art und Weise. Zimmer waren in Ordnung aber für den Preis erwarteten wir im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels eine qualitativ höherwertige Ausstattung. Große Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet aber leider auf sehr wenig Raum - in Coronazeiten etwas unglücklich gewählt.
