I had a big lovely room with a beautiful view, the staff was very nice, and the breakfast excellent. Very nice hotel!

Das Hotel ist super zentral in der Innenstadt von Zittau gelegen. Direkt vor dem Hotel ist ein Parkplatz mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen am Wochenende. Das Hotel ist etwas verwinkelt, die Zimmer sind aber ausreichend groß und sauber. Uns wurde ein gutes Frühstück angeboten.

Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig, es fehlte jedoch an Gemütlichkeit/Wohnlichkeit. Ein Fahrradraum ist vorhanden, jedoch nicht für die Vielzahl an Fahrradtouristen ausreichend. Frühstück: gut bis sehr gut. Das Bad hat eine Dusche und eine Badewanne. Außerdem steht ein Wasserkocher sowie Kaffee/Tee bereit.
